We enjoyed our weekend in the house, it was well equipped for making meals and the 2 living spaces meant that we had lots of room for the group to hang out. The heating worked very well to keep us warm and toasty. The beds were comfortable. The location is very convenient to the walking track except it was closed at the time we were there for maintenance. In any case it was only a short drive to Echo Point where there were some tracks open.

Avoid this agency. We booked a Sydney stay through this Alexandro Dream Homes in July 2020 via AirBnB, and discovered that amenities had been falsely advertised. After Alexandro Dream Homes refused to accept responsibility, AirBnB agreed that we had been wronged and arranged for a 50% refund. After AirBnB processed the refund Alexandro Dream Homes began harassing us via AirBnB with a bogus claim for $2500 for alleged damage to property, which is complete nonsense and pure vindictiveness. I don't know how these guys survive in the hospitality industry.

The unit on the gold coast is of budget quality, over priced and was not as good as the photos.

We went for a family getaway to one fo the Alexandro Dream Homes properties in Wentworth falls. It was a beautiful and cosy house and well maintained and cleaned. The instructions for check in were clear and easy to follow. During our stay we had an issue with the central heating after hours on a Sunday night, but Mo was very helpful and tried to troubleshoot with us to find a solution, which we did in the end. We really enjoyed our stay, and will use Alexandro Dream Homes again in the future.

Can't recommend this place enough! A beautiful apartment exactly as photographed! The place was easy to find, check-in ran so smoothly and the location was amazing. Would definitely stay again. Our only issue was if you bring your own car and use the underground car spot provided, please note that if your car is low you will scrape the bottom of your car on the grate as you descend down the ramp. Thank you again!

We came into contact with Alexandro Dream Homes through an AirBNB that they managed in Sydney. I've never met a more unprofessional, unresponsive and unapologetic business. I pity the poor home owners who have trusted this agency to manage their properties because they're certainly not doing them any favours while no doubt taking reasonable commissions in the process. My biggest mistake was ignoring other bad reviews thinking they would have cleaned up their act after such damning reviews. It certainly wasn't the case and urge any one reading this to proceed with extreme caution and don't be surprised if you see Alexandro Dream Homes starring on A Current Affair because that's where they belong.

Management are very responsive and helpful. Easy to book and access.

Very professional and personal touch. Well done.

3br unit on London Circuit in Canberra
What I like:
- Central location but note the unit is on ground floor and it's on a main street so it gets very noisy very early on in the morning.
What I don't like:
- No privacy in the unit, the 2 bedroom upstairs has no closure so all the noise can be heard through the house. It's a very weird design. The bedroom downstairs has a glass door but it does a very poor job keeping the noise out.
- Dishwasher is a wast of space, after 1 cycle of washing the dishes are still dirty.
- Parking is only provided for 1 car, so if you have 2 cars, be prepared for paid parking and you need to move your car every 2-4 hours. I contacted the customer service, they said to send me a list of other car parks, that never happened. Very poor customer service
- During my stay, the stove did not work. I alerted the property to the issue but after asking to do all the resetting, it still didn't work. No body came around to fix it or to check. There was no instruction given on how to use the stove, so for the duration of my stay, the stove remained unfix. So stressful as I need to cook for my kids who have many allergies. Now the property is saying they are not giving any compensation because other guests can use the stove just fine. So it is now my fault. What a joke.
- The pillows are such poor quality, they go flat after 10 minutes lying on them
Do yourself a favour, stay away and spend your money elsewhere

**Response to the owner:
- No where on your advertisement you stated it was an open house with rooms that are not fully enclosed. Show me where in your advertisement of the house you said this?
- You said upon my departure you tested the stove and it worked fine; wouldn't you think for better customer service, if you had cared about your customer and their experiences you would have sent someone to test it while I was there? Or at least have some instructions in the house on how to use the stove if you imply that your customers are so stupid to work it out themselves?
Instead, I called your team 4-5 times on the day to only receive empty promises that "we will send someone out"; that magic someone never came.
Likewise, I wish you luck. And for sure I will be spreading my words about your pathetic accommodation and service.

We stayed in Wentworth Falls along with another family (total 4 adults, 4 children) and the house was very comfortable for all of us. Beautiful location, plenty of bush walks and sight seeing and the popular tourist attractions of the blue mountains within 15 minutes. Would definitely stay there again.

House was fully equipped with all you need in a home. Very comfortable and minutes drive to all attractions in Blue Mountains area.
One problem. Power outage for more than three hours in the morning by electricity maintenance in the area. Owner of the house should have informed us if he was aware of this power outage. But I still give 5 stars.

My family stayed in Barton in Canberra. The apartment was very spacious and modern. The views were great and the location was central to everything. My kids spent a lot of time on the bike track along the lake which is a short walk from the apartment. I would highly recommend staying at this lovely place. Canberra was a really enjoyable place to stay with the kids.

Excellent place. Clean, had all the amenities I need and the staff was super responsive. Would definitely book again if I'm in town.

Do not use this company, they completely ripped me off. The apartment I booked at Neutral Bay in Sydney had no power and I spent a whole day trying to get it fixed and it was then agreed I would move out. They then charged me 1 whole night plus the cleaning charge. On an apartment with NO POWER.total rip off.they implied they would return the full amount.they cannot be trusted to do the right thing.

I booked four nights travelling solo with my dog. It was absolutely perfect - tranquil, clean, warm and cosy. The location is ideal - a stroll up to the village for my morning coffee.and beautiful walks in every direction. Highly recommended. And thank you Alexandro for offering such a stylish space that is also pet friendly.

Pro's:

- Location 7 mins walk from Darling Harbour
- Apartment is spacious and well equipped
- Apartment clean and to a good standard
- Coffee shop and small convenience store next door

Con's:

- Key collection instruction was a incorrect, not a major issue more annoying than anything
- Construction work immediately outside the window, very loud quite early in the morning
- No AC, we stayed during a warm day, if it was height of summer it would not be comfortable
- No ability to leave luggage, to be expected for an apartment but was a bit annoying.

Lovely beach house in Avoca. I short walk to the beach (downhill) and a great view of the ocean.

We were an older couple (with a car), plus our adult daughter (with a car) and her 2 young (9 & 7) children. It was a fantastic location as a base for our family vacation in Sydney - the kitchen was wonderfully equipped for eat-in meals (and, the dishwasher was great) ; the public transport was conveniently nearby; the on-site parking was quite adequate for 1 "normal" vehicle (incl most 4x4) ; street parking was generally available when required; the beds were comfy, the linen was satisfactory, and the shower was good. What more can I say, except that I'd happily book the property again.

Had the worst stay at one of their apartments. I've been around the world and also lived in several countries, never have I been missold on a place as much. Moldy, dirty, I actually got an eye infection from the place.unhelpful staff, all they care about is your dollar, not your experience, they sell themselves on having traveled the world and bringing that to Aus. If that is true they would have been sorry and understanding, i don't think the owners would stay in 1 of their places. True greed.vergognatevi! When I complained amd didnt get anywhere I got a call from a Shanghai number which maybe also suggests they may not be who there background suggests they are.

We stayed at a lovely 3BR, 3 bathroom apartment in Turner, Canberra. It just needs a few simple touches to make it perfect.

The apartment has everything you could need for a brilliant stay on the Gold Coast. The apartment is really comfortable with a great bed and corner sofa. The view from the 27th floor is amazing - looking across Southport down the Spit and across to the Hinterland. The facilities at the complex are incredible - 3 pools (2 heated), 2 gyms with good cardio equipment and bbq areas. This is really a residential complex rather than a holiday resort so you don’t have access to things like a reception desk and tour bookings but you really don’t need them. The place is quite, comfortable and the sort of lifestyle you would dreaming of living. Really easy access to the g-link to the beach and up to Brisbane. Free parking (finding the space is a little complicated) and would recommend hiring a bike as the rides are amazing. There are very few negatives. One issue is the shower which is inside the bath and needs quite a big step out and down without a handrail. So if you have mobility issues might be worth checking in advance. The flat is well equipped but more in an AirBnB style with personal crockery and bedding rather than designed hotel chic. Would definitely recommend for a longer stay and an amazing home away from home
