64This is the black staff from the tyres that the car details use this is apparently normal all down the side of my new car if this is normal i need to give up detailing my other car in all my years of detailing car i have never had this so iam taking this to the depart of fair trading becouse the manger did not what to help
AVOID AVOID AVOID. Quite possibly THE worst customer service experience I have ever had. Made worse by the fact that I purchased a $50,000 vehicle. You would expect a worthwhile experience paying that amount of money but no, did not happen. Delivery delayed again and again, excuses, excuses, no apologies. Then delivered the car to us at 5am instead of the agreed 6am and to top it off, no ordered accessories on the vehicle and no full tank of fuel, as promised. Had to then return the vehicle to them, some 300km away (more unnecessary mileage on our brand new vehicle), wait for the accessories to be fitted and then eventually returned again. Note: a local panel beater advised the bull bar was fitted incorrectly, had rubbed off paintwork and was missing a securing bolt! Each time I complained I was either ignored or dealt with in an incredibly rude fashion. When I asked who was going to compensate me for money lost throughout all of the hoohaa that was the ordering/delivery/customer service experience, I was flatly told it wouldn't be them. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else. Just don't buy a vehicle from these guys if you want good, reliable, friendly service.
Just spoke to some lady about recall issues on my Pajero and she sounded like she was totally drunk. Talked over me when i was trying to explain something and kept talking over me and would not let me speak and she kept repeating her self over and over and in the end she was referring me to MM Customer Service then told me to contact Mitsubishi Motors on a Customer Service Number. Never in my life have i been spoken to from a corporate business who sounded like she had 6 too many drinks.
I will never do business with Albion Park Mitsubishi again.
