Excellent service, no salesperson pressure, a pain free purchase of a new car. Graeme was informative and helpful, we bought it over the phone, inspection was all that finalised the deal.

If I could give this place 0 stars. I would.
They sold a car I had a deposit on.
Turned around and lied to me saying my finance didn’t get approved for the car I wanted but it got approved for another that was exact same price, and year model?
After questioning them on that. They eventually came clean and said they sold the car I had a deposit it.
Didn’t even have the courtesy to call me when they had sold the car which was probably weeks prior. They still tried selling me a whole different car that I had no interest in all while still holding my deposit. Very pushy.
3 weeks to process a refund? Ridiculous if you ask me.

Well where do I start. I chose to go to another dealer because of one sales person. Deplorable. I'm an owner of a new Mitsubishi purchased elsewhere. Not very professional at all. Quite horrendous actually.

Friendly service. The sale man Trent was funny and helped us through the purchase of the vehicle.

Couldn't get a dealer to talk to us on Sunday. Waited patiently by the desk, with brochures in hand and had one gentlemen amble past us several times, not talking with anyone else but refusing to make eye contact or acknowledge us. Even when hubby tried to approach him, he turned heel and walked the other way! And we weren't the only customers waiting and shocked by this experience.
