We had some repair works that needed to be done due to damage from the rain/storms and Kylie at AJ Grant was absolutely amazing. She was very professional and always kept me up to date with the progress of the repair work. She was very helpful and escalated some other work for me which she didn’t have to as it wasn’t her area of work but she did. She made the experience a pleasant one and a seamless one. We were very happy with the work AJ Grant did at our home. They replaced our ceiling and repainted ceiling and walls. The tradesmen were friendly, punctual and professional in conducting their work. Plus there was good follow up from Kylie re the progress of the job.

Terrible on the follow up. I have had to drive this insurance claim the whole way. I can never speak to anyone, and no one person was ever assigned to my project. Far too hard and stressful. They rarely return calls and dropped the ball constantly. Not happy at all.

Kylie arranged for my pergola roof to be replaced after servere hail damage. It was a pleasure working with Kylie. She's very personable, helpful and professional. She was always happy to answer any questions and kept me informed of any progress.
Her weekly check up calls were always positive and I can honestly say that I will miss our weekly chats.
The work done was completed to a high standard and in good time.

AJ Grant were contracted by my insurance to do remedial work at my home following recent storms. They co-ordinated the necessary trades, and I was impressed with their regular communication to keep me informed and the standard of work completed. Trades were on time, pleasant to deal with and professional in their approach to the work. Special mention of Kylie who kept me in the loop from start to finish, checking in on a regular basis. Also to Emma in the role of customer liaison, who visited my home to check on progress and made herself available should issues arise. Warning Warning Warning. Beware of AJ Grant.

After the recent Hail Storm event AJ Grant were chosen by our Insurance Company to make the repairs to our house. They proceeded to farm this work out to a smaller company/contractor. After being messed around on two occasions with start dates the job was finally done but unfortunately this was not the end of our issues. Not only did they not finish the work but haven't returned for the last 4 weeks to do so. The work completed so far is, unfortunately of a sub-standard quality. I now have screws sticking out the side of my verandah perlins. Not ideal as this is a very high end verandah.

After several attempts to have AJ Grant contact me with no luck I contacted my insurer to see if they could have them contact me. Again to date no luck. But I will not be made a mug of. Looks like Ombudsmen here we come.

Do yourself a favour and steer clear of AJ Grant. Aweful customer service.

I could not be more happier with the service from AJ Grant. Their response time was amazing.
For example I had carpet laid due to flooding at my property and found the doors would not close. I called AJ Grant mid morning and late afternoon the same day had a call from a builder to fix the doors. My situation with the damage to my place was stressful, I found I had support from the restorations team thru to the team at AJ Grant.

After a severe hail storm my insurnce company sent AJ Grant to repair my damaged awning roof. Their assessor not only inspected the awning roof but checked the whole of my roof for damage and carried some minior repairs. Several days later their repair team arrived with replacement polyplastic sheets and carried out the repair in a very professional manner. I was completely satisfied with their workmanship.
