I've been dealing with Addisons for many years now, through at least three refinancings. Every single time they go above and beyond, every time they help me quickly and make the process simple and easy. I love them!

The team at Addison's has been extremely helpful throughout the process, responding to our many questions quickly. They've demonstrated great knowledge and expertise and educated us along the way.
Initially, we were dealing with another mortgage broker who did not find a suitable loan for us. Where they had failed, Addison's succeeded. We were referred to them by a close contact who had had similar success.

What a business! Angus and Andrew are the dream team - specialists in their own fields but talk to you like a real person who does not work in the industry. Even though we were total newbs and had no idea coming into this what was involved in buying a home - we could not have done it without you all! Angus and the entire team at Addisons have been amazing. Long story short, we put an offer in for a house before applying for a home loan, Angus submitted our paperwork that day, within three days we had pre approval, an unconditional offer on the forth day, and we managed to buy our dream home.

Being self employed we found it difficult talking directly to the banks, and often found that we were given conflicting information about what we had to submit and what loan we'd be able to get. We were recommended to talk to Addisons, I'm so glad we did. Angus gave us clear advise, told us exactly what loan we'd be able to get and how much, and how long the application would take (3 days! An amazing turnaround in the current climate). This all gave us confidence to put an offer in when the perfect house came up. After putting in the offer, Angus phoned me and talked me through everything I needed to do to secure the house and ensure no-one else managed to buy it out from under us, I would never have thought of doing half of those things, and not sure we'd have managed to secure our house without doing them.
