Addisons Advisory was recommended to me by my brother who used their services in buying his first home. My brother was referred to Addisons by a friend, who was referred by a family member, who was referred by a friend and so on and so on. I was the 8th link in the word of mouth chain. That simply doesn’t happen without Addisons consistently, reliably delivering an exceptional service.

Darika was my principal point of contact. She gave me a great range of products to choose from and secured me an amazing home loan package at a great rate. It included everything I wanted and nothing I didn’t. She was helpful, professional, proactive, communicated well and always kept me updated. She handled multiple renewals of pre-approval for me over 2 years of house hunting (! I know!) and answered all of my dumb questions with ease, grace and without any judgment. All of her advice was on point. She is a star.

I engaged Angus’s services as a buyers agent to help me formulate offers and generally guide me through the negotiation process. Thank goodness I did. Angus is a gun. An absolute prize fighter (something I’ve told him repeatedly). I was so thankful to have him in my corner. He is an expert negotiator and a skilled strategist. The process was much less stressful because Angus was just able to handle the real estate agents. Angus guided me through a protracted negotiation process and secured me a great deal. His experience as a property valuer shows in the savings I made in my property purchase. Trust me. Don’t go it alone. Ask for Angus. Especially if you are a first home buyer - it’s crazy out there.

Katie was my settlement coordinator and she was wonderful. She was easy to deal with, responded promptly anytime I had a question, followed things up with the bank, always came back with complete answers, and just sorted everything out. Katie had it all handled and that made my life easier.

I can’t recommend Addisons highly enough. The staff are awesome. They will do everything they can to help you and get you the best deal.
