Active RX Physio

I was extremely pleased with the service of Nick and the team at RX Physio. They diagnosed the issues with my back pain and within a few weeks I was back to 100%. I was also given preventive exercises to ensure the pain would not return. Highly recommended.

Emma is outstanding. She really knows her stuff. The recovery programs are great and she provides good options to make the plan “doable”. The videos they share are super helpful. Emma is always just a text away for support and reminders. Really enjoy her dry needling as well!

Nick was so thorough in explaining potential concerns around my knee and outlining his treatment plan. For all recommended at home exercises he shared a video showing how to do them to ensure I got it right and recovery was as quick as possible.

So comforting to find a physio that knows what they are talking about and also takes the time to educate you through the recovery process. After suffering many years with a chronic shoulder injury, I am now pain free and have the tools to keep it that way. My favourite part was that their service continues post treatment providing demonstration videos and clear guidelines on how to keep your recovery on track.

Nick was amazing in healing both my shoulder and my ankle. He quickly identified the problem and came up with a great plan of attack to get me healthy again. Active RX provide in depth videos to help you do your exercises on your own, and aren't one of those physio's that try and force you to make an appointment every week just to take your money.

ActIve RX Physio is a fantastic Physiotherapy practice where Nick and Em take the time to listen to your issues and provide realistic and workable solutions. They will work with you to ensure that you go away knowing exactly what needs to be done to ensure the most appropriate course of action for your individual situation. I found their use of individualised exercise videos, that they will send you via text message, extremely helpful as I tend to walk out of a consult and completely forget what I have been shown. I would recommend Active RX Physio to anyone looking for a professional, friendly, knowledgeable and ethical physiotherapy service.

I saw Nick for a strain in my trapezius. His diagnosis was on the dot. Great exercises to strengthen. The best part of their management is the videos they send of the recommended exercises, so you don't have to remember them on the spot! Very approachable, helpful and realistic about treatment expectations. Would highly recommend these guys!

Nick's magic hands worked wonders for my shoulder injury. The follow up exercises came with clear videos and instructions. My problem was rapidly resolved. I would recommend RX Physio for friendly, informative and effective treatment.

Best physio I've been to! I saw Nick a month ago for my ankle that's been playing up since I broke it a few years ago and since then I've had no pain! Their exercise videos are great - very easy to follow and keep up. Will definitely go back for any future issues:)
