Active RX Physio

Had a shoulder injury (rotator cuff) and thanks to Nick I have recovered from it. He also found out the cause of it and taught me how to get stronger to prevent it happen again. The videos he sent were really helpful:)

I can affirm that Nick and his wife run an amazing practice, with solid advice and impressive physiological knowledge. Nick helped me through a dislocated shoulder and was also very considerate - he told me that I did not need to come every week which is a testament to his honesty and high standard of business. Active RX Physio was referred to me by a friend. I was suffering back pain. Em was so accomodating and I instantly very comfortable in her presence. Just over a year I had twin girls, she educated me in particular about the effects of post pantrum about what was the root cause of my pain. She went through several different exercises. I found it really helpful when she sent videos of exercises I needed to do and always was so good to follow up and make sure I understood why and what I needed to do.
The pain in my back was gone within a wk and has not come back. I would highly recommend Emma. Such a lovely person and so professional

Nick was fantastic he helped me work on a foot injury I had whilst training for my first half marathon. Nick was very friendly and professional and his assessment was very comprehensive. The treat plan plan that was giving to me was very easy to understand and everything was confirmed in an sms along with videos which I found extremely helpful. After a short time after seeing Nick my foot back and almost entirely gone and I was able to complete the half marathon as I’d hoped. I would highly recommend ActiveRx for anyone looking for physio!

I had paint on my shoulder and minor pac for over 3 months and now tnx to Nick i'm back on training after 3 week.

Wish I had gone sooner. Problem solved in just 3 visits and then I was told they didn't need to see me anymore since it was fixed rather than getting me back and wasting time and money. Proper business run by knowledgeable kind professionals. Highly recommend.

Very happy with Nick’s service. I came in with an injured shoulder and Nick was able to assess/diagnose the injury and provide a plan which included exercises, stretches and education on the nature of the injury (rotator cuff).

Strength and mobility of my shoulder was greatly improved within a few sessions as Nick continued to provide treatment (massages) and new exercises for strength, mobility and pain relief, including exercises that were tailored to get me back into boxing and weights as soon as practical. A hugely experienced and effective physio. Nick was very clear with his plan and got us to the target quickly and sustainably. I am back at sport and could not be happier with the experience. Definitely will be back when I inevitably injury myself again

Hurt my back Thursday in work, was in a bad way. When I got to nick that evening I couldn’t even sit down to fill the paper work out, After 45 mins I was back feeling good and very little pain, Few sessions later was back perfect!
