After weeks of intense pain in my neck and shoulders I went for a session with Andrew. A few sessions in and I am feeling so much better. The release work he did along with the exercises he recommended have been very helpful. Andrew is friendly, and explains things patiently. I would highly recommend him.

I have had immense pain in my right shoulder. After months of agonising pain and tests, it was diagnosed to be bursitis. I am not in favour of steroid injections and hence decided to look to other options to manage the pain and increase the movement of my hand.
My experience with Activ Therapy has been simply marvellous. Andrew, my therapist, is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. His expertise and care goes beyond expectations. He has managed to work beautifully with my shoulder, my movements are very good. He painstakingly explains any queries I have. He is an asset to your organisation. Definitely the best Physiotherapist I have known. Way to go Andrew!
