My recent sessions at Activ Therapy Macquarie Fields have been very beneficial. Andrew is very calm and understanding, the exercises and stretches I have been given have really helped settle and ease the pain and discomfort I was having in my neck/upper back area.

I was referred to Activ Therapy by my GP for the pain I was experiencing around my right shoulder and neck. I had ignored it for more than a decade and would have been a result of repetitive work, it was getting worse to a degree where I was uncomfortable just sitting on a chair and doing normal office work.

Andrew was amazing, professional and friendly from the start. Provided an overview of what the issue may be and what the therapy will help with. I had 5 session with Andrew G from last quarter of 2022 to Feb 2023, mid way through I could feel the improvement in my condition and by the last session it was better by 70-80%. I still need to do a few exercises to build muscle strength to keep improving.

The sessions were engaging and we had quite a few laugh along the way. Thanks Andrew for your excellent service and best wishes.
