From our first phone call until the approval of our DA Action Plans were and amazing partner. Not only did they work with us on planning a renovation that fitted our needs they were able to make adjustments at every step of the process. Bill Derrin was able to introduce us to other consultants that we needed. I have already recommended Action Plans to others and will continue to do so!

It was such a pleasure to deal with Bill and Ryan. They listened very well to our requests and plans and able to elaborate our ideas to create a very great design for our renovation. They assisted with DA approval by giving us a very comprehensive list on what to do as we were trying to save costs by submitting it ourselves. It was great and we get our approvals within a month and I truly believe its because of the list and instructions that Ryan provided. Furthermore, communication via email and phone call is very very prompt and excellent! Bill and his team were very easy to communicate with, they visited our house initially and then we met at his office in Manly to discuss plans. His team were professional, they listened to our thoughts and wishes and designs were emailed very promptly. We needed to have a meeting at council in regards to our DA, Bill was very willing and available for this meeting and amended plans were supplied in a timely manner.
