The team at Action Plans were always happy to help at every stage, we really enjoyed their process and loved the design they developed. I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a building designer, guys you are innovative, proactive and a pleasure to work with, thank you.

You must be doing something very right to get me to write a review! One of the best decisions I made was to use Action Plans for our revovation project. Bill, Ryan and Jennifer were just great to work with. Easy communication, great ideas and always returned our calls promptly. The process was seemless and so good to see a 3d graphic visualistion of our plans. It makes you see the liitle things that need attention and have no nasty surprises in the end. Yes, of course I would recommend the Action plans team and also say do not even think about any major reno without using a team like this. You will save a fortune in the long run and not stress! And enjoy the process! Highly recommended. 10 stars!

Action Plans were amazing at getting the planning started for our renovation. We had experienced some setbacks with a few people letting us down in the drafting phase of our build. Bill's clear pricing and detailed inclusions/steps made it really easy to see what we would get at each stage and helped us get started again. Things moved quickly once contracted - from the first site inspection (to take photos and measurements) to drafting the plans and working through the design details with Alexis (who is amazing). Our relatively quick approval at council is perhaps the biggest testament to the service. Thanks Bill, Alexis & Ryan!

Bill and the team did such a great job for us! They listened to our ideas and vision for the place as well as our budget. They were great to work with, they offered creative suggestions as well as construction advice.
In particular, with Bill’s experience as a builder he offered advice on how to remove a column from our living area which was an absolute game changer for our design but not a deal breaker for the budget! We’d highly recommend Bill and his team.

We had a great experience with Bill and the team from Action Plans. They did an amazing job with helping us through the planning process for our renovation. Modifications were never an issue, plans were sent through promptly and the service was professional and friendly.

After what I can only describe as a cruel experience with the initial designer Action Plans took on the task of taking my job to final design and completion. I couldn;t be more happy with the work this company has done. I was blown away by their knowledge, support and 3D computer expertise and recommend them as a company who operates with the highest degree of integrity. My only regret is not finding them at the beginning of my project.

5 stars for an all star team! Bill and his team sit in a tiny office in Manly and achieve some pretty amazing results for their clients. They came up with plans for my property that went through the Council like a breeze. I was impressed by Bill's personalised approach and his attention to detail. If you are looking to build in the Northern Beaches, Action Plans are your go to guys for the design.

Bill, Ryan and the team at action plans created a design that we were extremely happy with. They had great design ideas that were actually practical and aligned with our budget.
