We ordered our carpet from Raj at Carpet Court, he was extremely helpful. The installation happened around our needs and the layers were so very polite and helpful and fast. Would highly recommend.

Went to showroom, sales staff explained the different types of carpets and were very helpful. They had a huge range and let me take some samples home. Reasonably priced- flexible with install dates. Friendly installer did great job. Frictionless experience.

Shocking customer service. I called to ask for a quote and I knew exactly which product I wanted. I got transferred to the Ryde store and the man on the phone said if I wanted a quote to come into the store.it took some convincing to get him to quote me on the phone. I then asked if he could please email this quote to me. He then proceeded to ask me to 'email him if I want a quote' I'm not sure what kind of business expects their customers to chase them. I am in the middle of a renovation and have been shopping around a few flooring supply stores like a well informed customer does and he then accused me of 'shopping around for quotes'. He literally started arguing with me! Absolutely shocking service. The staff need to get customer service training ASAP. You're better off going to Woodcut or MFS Flooring.now that is 5 star customer service and where my business will be going.

Great service and re-carpeted my apartment within a few days of placing the order. They were easy to communicate with and reliable.

Carpet court were both excellent in price and quality.
The carpet layer Bill went above and beyond to help us when he detected a problem with the stairs.

Shoushan was very helpful in-store. We ended up choosing a wonderfully soft carpet at a competitive price. On installation day the installers were friendly, courteous & professional, and completed the job quickly. We're really happy with the results!

To be honest, I was not keen on coming to this store due to the bad reviews and since a family friend was verbally abused by store managers and had many issues with the installation of their carpet.
I turned up anyway as I need a variety of quotes to redo the flooring of my entire apartment, I wanted to give them a second chance.nope.been waiting outside for over 10 mins and they still are not open despite it being 10: 15am sunday.it's obviously another sign of this stores poor customer service and no interest in making money if they cant even open on time.

Mark and the team were able to walk through our large and complex needs in supporting a new timber flooring downstairs and new carpet downstairs. This was a large job and part of a significant renovation on our property - Mark and the team were highly supportive in providing key installers that understood our needs and supported the end goals we were looking to achieve. Very appreciative of the support ABC Carpet Court - the result has been outstanding. Highly recommend.

A good selection of carpet. However when ask to do a measure for for us, the store manage wanted me to do my own measure of two rooms at maximum width and length and ignoring the walk in wardrobes and ensuite bathroom rooms. I suggested that I'm happy to measure it more accurately so that I can get a more accurate qoute. He argue that it is not how he does business and insist me to do a measure at the maximum width and length of each room, otherwise I will need to pay for a deposit before a measuring quote is organised for me. I find it odd that it is how he does business. If I am not happy with the qoute I will go else where - simple. He pushed for me to pay for a deposit, I have him a rough measure but he wanted me to do a physical measure which I got even more confused. I walked out immediately and went to another carpet store. Never going back here again.

Thoroughly disappointing experience. At the very end of a six month slog of a renovation the carpet was the finishing touch. Unfortunately the installers couldn't be bothered properly cutting it to size, leaving a long gap. It's been 3 months since I first complained and have made COUNTLESS phone calls to the Carpet Court manager and have been strung along with promises of it getting fixed. It's now been another week since our last 'I'll call you back with when we'll fix it' and so have finally given up. I notice another review from Russ appeared to have a similar experience. There are many carpet shops around, I recommend trying one of those.
