Stood up for a disabled customer and got fired. Owner will call you stupid and yell at you for tying to understand, and deletes all negative reviews while saying everything is the customers fault, not hers.
Does not tell staff when co-worker tested covid positive.
A LOT of cross contamination.
A lot of intolerance and discrimination here. Highly recommend the cafe one block over, the coffee is 10x better as well.

This was the first time in Australia, when I got so rude and disrespectful service. Now it is clear why one of my colleagues stopped going for coffee there

My manager and I have sampled the vast majority of coffee establishments in Belconnen on our 'walk and talk' work meetings and this is our default choice. The coffee at Orange Bean is top teir. The Dark Chocolate Mocha is amazing and real chocolate is used (not powder). More traditional coffees (like a flat white) are also consistent. The service from Phoebe, Jason and the crew is friendly, happy and vibrant.

It is definitely worth sampling if you haven't tried it. In short, fabulous.

My "go to" in the region for coffee. Campos coffee, expressed with care as a double Ristretto. Under new management since the lockdowns.

We had a big breakfast with double piccolo this morning at Orange bean. Generous portions yet reasonably priced. We were glad to find great value in this day and age of "shrinkflation". Coffee was enjoyable too! Highly recommended for your next breakfast in the Belco area.

Worst food and service in Canberra. Will never return to a 20 dollars meal that included a bowl of uncooked chips and 5 pieces of calamari that were missing the calamari meat inside.so just fried batter. Staff was rude and one of them started shouting at me saying that its not her fault (which I never implied). No refund or alternative option was offered. Will never return and I will make sure none of my colleagues that work in the building go either. Very disappointing.

The coffee and food is great. But i have had a bad experience with my food either burnt or raw. I ordered Asian Calamari and ape ifically said no dressing. After waiting close to 15 mins it c a m e out with the dressing. It was sent back and this time some of the calamari was not cooked.
I spoke to the manager today and he did not apologise, instead he rudely told me to never come to his cafe again. Staff are inexperienced and manager is arrogant and rude

Top cafe! Willing to feed me coffee before listed opening time and while they are still setting up for the day. Very pleasant owner and staff.

Best cold brew in Canberra, recommend combining with one of the awesome Bacon & Egg breakfast wraps. Great food, excellent coffee and welcoming staff.

The food seems OK but their take-away coffee is complete rubbish.

And the owner doesn't know the difference between your and you're.

I have only been to the cafe a few times; on each occasion the coffee has been great, the staff very friendly, and food is reasonably priced.

Slow service staff are more interested in chatting then serving.one day the coffee is good the next day it's bad. No consistency

Make a really good hazelnut soy latte and hot chocolate. Never cease to deliver great coffee for me.

So accommodating for vegans! They made a delicious risotto for me. They also have cakes! Friendly staff and clean, cozy atmosphere.

Sometimes it takes ages to get a coffee even if it isn't too busy. I don't go there unless I have some time. The coffee isn't bad though.
