Great morning had with amazing business weman. Food was 10/10 staff so lovely and helpful highly recommend for any business function or a great lunch coffee date.

Good food and prices plus the size of both indoor and outdoor makes it easy to come here on the weekend and not worry about having to wait long to be seat.

Great coffee and the breakfast roll that I got was just divine. Would recommend for a quick coffee stop or sitting down with some friends for a relaxing and enjoyable meal.

Worst service, over priced drinks, food wasn't bad. Not an inviting atmosphere at all. Won't be going back again.

Very quiet over lunch, because of the pandemic. Easy to find a quiet place for private chat. Meals were generous and well presented. Courteous and capable staff ensure that everyone is looked after.

You would imagine a business that runs a Facebook page would respond to messages wouldn't you? I mean especially when they've opened your message and just left you on read.
I applaud EQ Cafe for being so eager to push away any potential new business.
I suggest you re think your social media presence. If you can't run it, don't have it.

Very good service - lovely people - good coffee - but the worst take away Caesar salad I’ve ever had from the bakehouse - and I’ve had a few Caesar salads ️ Oddly enough they drowned it out with way too much rubbery egg in huge square chunks and way too much rubbery soft bacon and way too much dressing that had no Caesar salad flavour. It was so disappointing.

Delicious sandwiches, superb muffins and good service. The food is expensive but servings are large and contain quality ingredients.

Lovely food. Their breakfast options are amazing. Definitely recommend trying out their tartlets.

Visited for the first time today for lunch with my wife & daughter. They had the calamari & and I had the fish & chips. We thoroughly enjoyed the dishes, they were delcious and well cooked. We arrived late for lunch, due to a late medical appointment, and even though the kitchen was about to close, the staff could not have been more obliging. We shall return.

Had lunch here for the first time with my parents and we had the 2 x pepper and chilli calamari and fish and chips. Wow, it was the best we have ever had. The calamari was so light, crisp and tender with a lovely salad and dressing and the fish and chips was delicious.the fish was pure white and fresh as can be. Great friendly service too.

Great to see the Bakehouse (‘round at the back) has re-opened for takeaway. Delicious coffee this morning, cake display very tempting and yummy sourdough loaves.

Service was quite slow though and no water on the table until we had finished our meal even though it was requested a few times

Service was quick and waitress was friendly and efficient. Food was not as described. There was no lamb in the ragu and looked nothing like the pictures online. Looked and smelled unappetizing.
Coffee was good.
Probably won't be revisiting.

Bitterly disappointed. Regularly I would go to EQ on a Saturday to order coffees for patients at a nearby medical clinic. It was a special treat for my wife and other patients as they aren't able to go because of their condition.

I would usually take all the orders in the ward and walk the very short distance to the cafe to place the order. The patients each took turns paying for all the coffees on a given Saturday. The baristas are friendly and make wonderful coffee, I'd order on average six coffees and banana bread, walk them back and hand out the coffees.

Because of the amazing circumstance of receiving a transplant today, my wife will no longer be attending the medical clinic so I thought I'd order the coffees one last time and have them delivered the short distance, one last time.

I rang today and was told that it was not possible, I could hear on the line that the manager wasn't even remotely considering making this happen whilst talking to the staff member who answered my call. I was told there aren't enough staff around to deliver the coffees. There's been many times that I've gone in on a Saturday and there have been staff standing around waiting for orders. I was only wanting to make this delivery order once. There wasn't an option to deliver on uber eats and no suggestion was made that an order could be made on Menulog, although it's such a short distance that it wouldn't be fair to the delivery driver.

Previously I had asked multiple times before if they had a loyalty card, begrudgingly last time I was told there is an app.upon checking the app I realised that the 11th coffee purchased is free. This would mean some of these patients would've saved money ordering these coffees.

This is a review on what I've ate. Coffee was okay maybe blend is just different to what I've use to.

Egg n Bacon roll with chilli jam was awesome defs recommended.

I've also had the EQ Breakfast, one of the best Breakfast I've had on the dirty South. I put the avocado, eggs and red pepper compote on the toast and that was

Awesome breakfast and great open areas both inside and outside. Coffee cups and serving plates are an awesome design. Service was quick and heat lamps outside worked well. Great range for breakfast as well. Water brought out and setup for every diner, which I think is great. Take aways seem very popular for coffee as well.

I can see why this place is so busy. Wonderful service and a great selection of food. Caesar salad and frittata were delicious.

Good place for meet and catch up, they have outdoor and indoor area, their bacon and egg roll is great, the bun is so soft, coffee not bad either.

Great service, strong coffee, covid safe with a sunny outdoor area. And the home baked was fluffy and warm. I enjoyed my stop here.
