Absolutely amazing food and location!
The reasonably priced meals blew us away with sensational taste in every bite. Will be returning and highly recommend!

As usual great food, friendly staff. Were happy to attend to dietary restrictions of one if our friends without any drama.

They might as well have robbed us of $34 for the market fish and mash (Pascal la Forne) we ordered on Ubereats. The fish looked like it was the one you get in the frozen aisle of the supermarket (I.e. Birdseye Crumbed Fish Fillet), roast vegetables were a few miserable strings of green beans, and the mashed potatoes were two table spoonfuls. All of these squished into a small takeaway container. $34. Very very disappointing, and terrible for business owners to take advantage of consumers like that. Will never order from here ever again.

Every time I've been here, delish, delish, delish. The meals are amazing, such beautiful flavours. I always have a fabo time when I get together with family and friends here. Bella Vista does not disappoint. Highly recommend for an amazing meal, and friendly staff

Food was absolutely amazing (every single dish), as was the service. Will definitely be coming back again!

Cafe style food at al la carte prices, little variety of mains, unless you like pasta, which even then was presented poorly. Very disappointing, as over the years had been something to look forward to, not now.

If I could give lower then 1 star I would! Got take away from the restaurant through Uber eats, was the most disgusting take away pasta I think I’ve ever eaten, overpriced, tasteless and not even warm. Will not be ordering or dining in again. Unacceptable considering we paid over $55 for two pasta dishes.

It's been ages since I've been here and thought we would visit. It was really delicious. We did the $55 deal which included an entree, a main and dessert. Fantastic value and great waiter. Looking forward to visiting again and trying other dishes on the menu.

I ordered spaghetti marinada in cream garlic sauce and it got served un tomato sauce. It looked grey and tasted old and needed a handful of salt and I went close to spewing in the toilets. Oh. $103 they will never see me again.

Waiter was fantastic, food amazing with great portion sizes, only issue we were very close with table next to us. Would highly recommend to anyone who likes Italian food.

Atrocious service. Resturant was packed full for valentines day so we were being very patient. We arrived 15 minutes earlier than our 6pm booking and the resteraunt was mostly empty at that point. It still took 30 minutes for them to take our order and required flagging the wandering staff (who could not take orders) twice. It was a set menu but they still failed to deliver the final course to our table. After flagging down the wandering staff, who couldn't take orders or deliver food, our table waiter threw one desert onto our table quite abruptly and rudely. Still didn't deliver my wife's or kids deserts so 20 minutes later we flagged another wandering staff member. That got my wife's desert delivered 5 minutes later, but still no sign of the kids ice cream. How hard is it to scoop out two scoops of ice cream from the cheap bucket of Coles no brand ice cream they have in the freezer. It took three more attempts of talking to staff and finally escalating to the manager to get the ice cream - 1 hour after we finished our main course! Even paying was a chore. It took 20 minutes waiting at the counter to pay and 4 staff members to work out how to process payment as this year for the first time they required prepayed deposits for Valentines Day. Inexperienced staff and a hopeless manager for their busiest day of the year. Bella Vista has fallen a long way over the years and changes in ownership.

Great food and the staff are lovely. Can get busy and the kitchen seems to back up especially if there is a big function. They have a seperate kids menu and some activities so they don't get too bored and start acting up.

This is a good place for a family dinner. Food was amazing.friendly staff and i will fully recommend this to my friends and family.

Enjoyable - food delicious, service a little slow which was apologised for, but restaurant was full (including a large table of about 25 people) so understandable. Will be back again soon.

Wait staff were friendly, although they did need to be asked to take our order. The one hour wait for food in a quiet restaurant was however not great, particularly when some of our party needed to leave. None of the meals were particularly complex, salads, pasta and scallopini which should have been fairly quick to prepare.
Most of our party enjoyed their meal, however there were a few that were a miss. Some tough scallopini and slightly undercooked pasta.
It was a bit disappointing for a restaurant that we have always enjoyed.

However busy the night or length of wait for food, it's more than made up for by the absolutely delicious food! I don't know what they do to get it so tasty, but I can't get enough of this place! They've just changed the menu for Autumn, and I hope they've kept the Pollo Alla Diavolo (Devilled Chicken), cos it is amazing!

Have been here plenty of times over the years and the food and service is always good. The signature marinara pasta is to die for.

Absolutely fantastic restaurant.great food, awesome staff and a beautiful atmosphere. Will definitely be returning again for a great experience.
