Had my driving test today and I passed. Thanks to all staff of the Tuggeranong branch specially to the one who assessed my driving skills, he was professional and will let you know what’s wrong and not. More power.

Went for my driver's test, and absolutely the place to be for a test, not sure of the test officer name but it's something like Micheal Samson, he made me feel very comfortable and it didn't seem to be like a test but just like 40mins drive with my friend. After which had deal with the staff at counter 1 who explained everything with a great patience and took time to sort all documents and made me completely aware of all the next steps. Thank you to the test officer and staff their who also enjoyed me passing the test.

Had my Driving Test at 10: 20 on 30/01/23, the instructor was very humble and polite and made me very comfortable all the time during the test.

06.01.2023 9.32am - 11am

I went to do my license, I got a ticket waited, I was assisted by a man whom was very helpful, he asked me to fill in some paperwork while I was waiting, so I filled it to a point, as some of my papers were expired an wanted to double check at the counter, thinking I would get help.

Counter 8 (jackie)

She Made me feel little because of my age and how long it took me to get my license,
She didn’t want to help me finish off my paperwork (it would have taken no longer than 2 min).

I explained I waited to see (her/anyone) to make sure I was doing my papers correct,

She told me they were busy and to go ask the lady that helps when u first walk in, (let’s not forget I already got help and I was waiting to see someone at the counter) an it was a guy when I first come in!

I was tired to argue or defend myself I just finished 3nights, of night shift with emergencies to be greeted with a small mined person like Jackie!

Thanks to Jackie I waited over an hour to be seen again ….

Lucky this time I was greeted ….
by a lovely man @ COUNTER 3 he went over all my papers with me doubled checked everything was correct, he continued to support me with positive words, helping me complete my license without making me feel little.

COUNTER 8 you were rude to me I hope you get more training on how to treat people. Even when it’s busy!

Way way slow in serving.
Numbers were being called at random out of sequence. Very few staff serving

The staff were great, if only the Web sites matched the information needed to help the staff. Filled in all papers before atteeonly to find the details needed on the website did not match that the staff needed. Had to do it all again.

Efficient and even though there were a lot of people there, they moved the crowd effectively while being covid safe.

Website says You need 2 ID + proof of Address to Change your interstate license, After waiting for 3 hours They said i need one more proof of id -_-
Services NSW is far better than Access Canberra, Even ACT Digital App is rubbish

Absolute joke! Got in at 8: 15 well before the doors open. Told by one team member I could definitely get my license changed interstate and told at the count after waiting and hour and a half I had to go to Victoria to update my license first. You would think with such an important thing there would be company wide training on such things.

An absolute joke at the moment lines out the door and around the corner! Service is what we want and what we expect not a 1.5 hr wait to get to the front of the line then have to wait inside

Quite efficient. 15-minute wait. Not enough seats so had to stand. Staff member did her job properly but was anything but friendly.
