Wait times are very long, waited over an hour to get in. 2 people walked in the drive thu car section and got served straight away.they are only to be served in the walk-in section. It's the third time this has happened to me. I have complained each time to management and the management have not stopped this practice. Management needs to put more people on, the line is out onto the main road.

Can you please provide me with the necessary paperwork for patients entering residential care re: assets assessment? Centre link are telling our families they can provide an estimated fee within 7-10 days or on the day. As Social Workers from hospitals this is becoming frustrating and holding up the discharge process for patients entering residential care, also taking up beds which are desperately needed for palliative care patients.

Great company! Excellent duty of care towards management, staff and participants, for those with negative comments of “ here to just make money”, we are not millionaires and need to always gain an income, it would be nice to volunteer our time, unfortunately again NOT millionaires. I would definitely recommend this company across the board with all services provided.

I had a very similar experience to the review left by someone based in London, UK.

I was actually very keen and interested in his work until I had the virtual consultation. He barely let me get a single question in (i remember having to literally interrupt his monologue towards the end as I began to realize he just wasn't going to let me speak otherwise) and came across as rude and arrogant. Also he was late and left the consultation early.

I specifically emailed him prior to the consultation to say I want him to do an imdo, and he knew my location. He starts the video call saying that imdo isn't suitable for me due to my location - so why even give me the "consultation"?

Note it wasn't a consultation in my opinion, it was him talking non-stop and asking no questions and giving me no opportunity to speak. Basically a generic rehearsed speech, I guess because he already knew that he wouldn't take me as a patient and had to fluff out the time.

This was years ago, but it seems justice has finally caught up with him as he's been suspended.
