Zoom Recruitment - South Perth

As a new client I received one very brief email in the first week.
No ph calls no follow up no welcome to the company. No interview. For a company that sole businesses is connecting people and engaging with clients they fail miserably.
I personally wouldn’t recommend attempting to engage with this business.
Zero customer service.
It’s of no surprise that clients are still looking to fill vacant positions.

This recruitment agency is an absolute crime scene. I had issues with payment multiple times some I havnet resolved yet, I was once put on an assignment and the next day they didn't want me back and the agency didn't give me any explanation and reason for doing so. Furthermore Sean who I have now realised pretends to be a helpful well wisher is a phoney and a fake. Too many promises no outcomes. I hope Sean you can put an end to your cycle of lies and manipulation.

Would not rate this employment company even 1 star. False advertisement regarding the role and they don’t even let the employer know your starting work on a particular day.
Most importantly they don’t even have a time sheet ready for you online to fill in therefore I did not get paid at all for the shift I did.
Maybe fair work will catch up with them eventually for not paying people.

Very unprofessional taxing me up to 40% when my income is under $100k. Not easily contactable, no uniform was provided to me and their level of support is less than satisfactory. I must say the position they offered wasn't so bad.

Constant spam emails despite asking to cease and marking as junk, they still seem to come through sometimes several times a day.

These guys are so unorganised, unprofessional and really arent up for the big gigs. Dont work for them you will be chasing incorrect pays and get given the run around every week. Exhausting. Amazed any companies still deal with them.
