ZOOM INTERNET CAFE reviews
15The monitors were only 60hz, the computer kept crashing and the whole computer was Chinese. Don't ever go here
Smooth experience, with only a small mishap where the PC had shutdown by itself at the start, but restarted quite quickly. Overall, good price and place to play games.
Came here on my visit to Perth, the place is calm but could be better. During my experience, I found the gaming internet cafe to be a decent option for some quick gaming.
The computers are set up in Chinese, which could be an issue for those not familiar with using Windows in that language. It would be beneficial to have an option to switch to English or have English as the default language, considering that most people have basic English skills.
The cleanliness of the peripherals and the area could be improved, as I noticed some greasy keyboards. One solution could be to sanitize each area after closing or after each person finishes using the computer. However, since I brought my own peripherals, it didn't bother me personally.
The front desk provides easy access to drinks, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. It's worth mentioning that some of the other reviews I came across regarding the internet cafe seemed to be overly exaggerated and unnecessarily rude. While everyone's experience may vary, it's important to take those reviews with a grain of salt and form your own opinion based on your personal visit.
Overall, if you're looking for a quick gaming session, this place would suffice.
Worst costumer service
Everything was on Chinese computers were lagging.
Please please please don't come here don't waste your money here.
This place is an absolute trash and waste of money.
Please I request you don't come here.
Please please please
Please guys don’t go here
Waste of money
Poor costumer service.
Please don’t go here.
Won’t recommend to anyone
Awesome! It was an excellent experience! The environment is nice and clean. Thank you to this professional team which is nice and reliable.
Nice stuff. Everything is pretty clean and cozy. The equipment set up is good. All the softwares are up to date. Cute cat.:) Recommended.
Honestly expected it to be cleaner.
The desk was covered in dust, crumbs, and rubbish.
The monitor had finger prints and smudges.
The mouse pad was actually disgusting, felt real gross touching it.
The whole store just needed to be cleaned.
I don't think it would be very hard to do basic daily cleaning.especially when the staff are just on their phones behind the counter the entire 3 hours I was there.
The computer did the job, but not very well. Had to lower my graphics settings for the game, because the computer just couldn't handle it. Headphones were extremely uncomfortable and low quality.
I didn't have any problem with the customer service though. Really nice people.
Don't normally visit these cafes as I've got my own CLEAN set up at home, but I've been without internet for the past 3 weeks so I desperately wanted to play some games.
Conclusion, they could honestly do better.
What the hell! Seriously if you are going to work on front desk, don't be ANNOYED that a customer has come and interrupted your game! Absolutely terrible unwelcoming experience my GOSH!
Unwelcoming staff, smells pungent, other patrons have a general disregard for cleanliness and no standards enforced by the staff.
You cant compare the standard of internet cafes in Perth compared to Sydney/Melbourne/Brisbane. If you have internet at the home its better to use it at home then there. The computers are in Chinese language, the staff are fairly unwelcoming, and just be wary to check your balance if your a regular, as mine showed $0.00 after topping up a big amount the prior day.
Everything was in Chinese, we weren't given any direction and none of the games we wanted that they had listed on their menu were playable. The other patrons smelled bad and would frequently yell across the room at each other. It was a very confusing and shocking experience that left us unimpressed
The setup and hardware are good but it would be better if customers can request to download their purchased (video game digital distribution service) games into the admin's central computer so they don't have to waste time download the games again & again every time.
Small space makes it really loud even when people are just talking not even yelling but it's manageable with the headphones. Computers stuck in chinese so you can't understand anything even in game.staff was helpful if you ask
Main reason for 2 star instead of 4 is the subpar computers. They're slow, took me 15 minutes to start up siege and get into a match. Stuttering, slow loading, graphics settings is still good. And also you get kicked out of your game as soon as timer ends no warning or little warning that was easy to miss so cannot finish a match
A New Internet Cafe in Northbridge (Original OMG Internet Cafe).
Good environment and separate Toilet. Welcome new and old customers!
