I rented a car while my car was being fixed with a panel beater and I must say the experience was absolutely top notch. Rochelle was accommodating and the service was excellent, also Kath was also a pleasure to deal with. Thank you Zippy Mandurah. Also love your commercial on the local radio.

Zippy car rentals would have to be the most affordable, genuine, quality service I’ve came across I’ve been in the Automotive game for over 15yrs plus, we moved over here back in Nov 22 used zippy car rentals while our car was getting brought from interstate, the girls in that office were just absolutely amazing. With absolutely no issues or problems if the date change or we needed the car for longer was just unreal - so I went back again to higher a Ute. Once again 10/10 for customer service easy, friendly to talk to and the transaction was unreal, car was ready, went through the details job done

Truck wouldn't start after loading it using the tail lift. Followed instructions to the letter. Told it was our responsibility to sort out. Argued the point and they eventually sent someone to jump start the van. Lost a lot of time waiting still moving until 10pm. No apologies or discount. When the guy came to jump start it he said the battery needed replacing.

These guys were very helpful. It was easy to deal with. You can drive these style trucks on a car licensed. Plus you could keep until 12am.

Easy to drop the truck at the end of the day and leaves the keys.

Truck was in good condition and service was good. What I did find unfortunate however is that I hired a 3T truck on a Monday for $149, only to find a large sticker on the truck advertising that it was available for hire on Mondays for $99. That price would have been nice.

For Monday and Tuesday is a great price very computations, although weekend rates definately check competition first before using. Will check next time. Weekend price are three times more expensive especially for interstate drivers.

Relative rented a truck to move house and is now being charged $550 for scratches on the outside of the truck that were already there when she rented it. Will not use this business again and won't recommend to others.

NEVER EVER GOING BACK! John was rude, unprofessional and extremely hostile because I had to return my hire car a day late! Even tho I had sent a polite email explaining my situation and my own personal guarantee that I would return it The next day! I also offered to pay 2 extra days car hire so He reported it stolen! DISGUSTING BUISNESS! I’ve been left traumatised, shocked and deeply hurt by John’s unprofessionalism as well as to BROKE to buy Christmas presents for my disabled twin boys all because one man couldn’t show a little bit of compassion and professionalism towards myself a struggling newly divorced single mum and my disabled twin boys! Now he’s refusing to Refund my $550 deposit back into my account for over 2 weeks now! Which was all my Xmas money and school list money.

A huge thanks to Zippy. I had a bit of a situation where I needed a truck after hours. Zippy came to my rescue. The manager was helpful, courteous and tried to get us on our way as fast as we could.

These guys are great. We hired the 3 tonne truck. It was clean & tidy & in great condition. Easy booking process & very fast response to emails. Also great to be able to return by 11pm. Thanks guys we'll be back for sure
