ZiNG Pop Culture Rockingham

Hi just wanted to give a shout out to the fantastic service Cj and Belle always give me there really attentive and always know how to help me especially when sometimes, with my many preorders I can be a bit of a handful, but they do a wonderful job and they are one of the main reasons I mainly purchase from the Rockingham store. Fantastic customer service from both of them always.

We love going in this store. Browsing. Getting ideas for birthdays/christmas. Friendly and helpful staff.

Had the most lovely woman CJ - at the Rockingham store, take care of my daughter and I during a very heavy time in our lives, she was so helpful and friendly, I found her customer service to be very easy and most importantly welcoming. She went above and beyond in making our experience a bit lighter. I have to say, I hate entering a store or restaurant and feeling like you’re intruding by not being greeted. CJ was probably one of the best customer service employees I have come across since living in Perth for 3 years. ️

Staff are always friendly, bubbly and helpful. If they don't have what you are looking for, they are always happy to try find it for you. Would highly recommend!

I'm not to sure on the pricing the problem is idk where else to get these things BTW half these reviews seem very sketchy

Would be a 5 after being a long time shopper with exceptional staff.
Unfortunately today I was profiled as a thief and had my merchandise taken off me, after being cornered, to be held at the counter, "till I'm ready to pay". Not impressed in the slightest at being basically told I look like a thief.
I know this because I asked when I paid.

I love the new gachapon machines they have! There was a lady named Anna working and she was absolutely wonderful. 5 stars!

I wanted to buy a star wars lego set d o it happened to be the last one the box had been opened and the bags removed for display purposes and the box was damaged I asked the assistant manager if they would drop the price a little because of the said issues explaining that a collector such as myself likes the box unopened with no damage it maintains value of the item
Only to be told that's how they got it and wouldn't be interested in negotiation at all
I will be thinking twice before entering the store again and won't hesitate to inform my fellow collectors.
Ps I found a pristine condition set in another store anyway, your loss zing

Staff are so lovely and know everything about what’s in their store. Just wish they would have some better funko pops

I got a Christmas Gift that was the last one on the shelf, a one piece statue and his arm is missing.pretty dissapointed. No Reciept unfortunately but ill just shop somewhere else cause this wont get resolved

Open the store when its suppose to opens says it opens at 8 but no
Bought a figure new in box they said but once again another lie missing parts Brocken parts
Rare Funko pops are kept out the back very rude

They have great products and lots of them. Can always find what I want.

Lots and lots of great products, just how much they charge on items. I see the same stuff most the time half price elsewhere online. Person who owns the joint must be loaded as hell by now.

I was just ignored by three staff members whilst I stood at thedcounter. Not one of them even acknowledged me. Walked out and Zing Rockingham misses out on $200 worth of sales. I try to shop local but when this lack of customer service happens, it looks like it's back to online shopping
