Always love popping (pun intended) to this place once a week, good selection of goodies which my son loves. Staff and very friendly and always great us when we come in.

Awesome friendly staff and great store, been buying bulk Pokémon and DBZ cards.only downfall I’ve had is some booster packs of Pokémon have only had 5 cards in them 2 of which are the code card and energy card leaving 3 Pokémon, no reverse holo or hit

Great experience, in fact, this is one of the best stores I have visited in quite a while! They had a very large collection of goods, and the staff there were incredibly friendly, even when I had walked in 2 minutes past closing time.

I went into the shop 3 separate times and this one lovely girl with glasses was at the register the whole time. Lovely to have a conversation with. Each other time I went in there she asked "Back again? " and I just smiled and nodded saying I loved the shop, on the third time she laughed and asked it I was obsessed with her, giving us both a laugh. Love visiting places with employers like that, she deserves a raise

2 weeks exchange policy, really? Working parent was responsible and went to get a present 1 week in advance, we had a party on Sunday, as working parent myself I only had a chance to go to the shop week later- how I could make it in 2 weeks?

First and foremost, the staff are incredible here, genuinely a group of the nicest and most helpful people you could have in the service industry. Super friendly and creating a great environment for shoppers. They're all a credit to the company. Great, fun products, can not recommend enough.

I absolutely love this store! I pop in several times a week and the team here are just amazing! Whether i buy anything or not, Nat, Nina and the team here are always so lovely and welcoming! They know my preferences and always inform me of the latest releases and upcoming pre orders that they think I might like! They all really go above and beyond to make everyone feel so welcome and create such a positive atmosphere in the store! Definately the best place to shop in Galleria for your pop culture needs! Absolutely love it!

I had an idea of doing a secret Santa so at 8 pm I popped in and got a gift, when I got to the register a cashier with purple hair was super nice to me, she was so patient with me and we had a laugh. My sister was next and she reckoned we were doing gifts for each other and so she kept the gift I bought a secret. She was a beautiful person and they had exactly what I needed.

Today I went shopping with the intent of just getting in, buying quick gifts and popping back out. But I had the wonderful opportunity to meet three really lovely people named Tommy, Madi and Nina. What a fun quirky bunch these humans are! The joy they have for their job is pretty contagious. I know customer service is an easily misunderstood skill, but they nailed it. Thank you!
