No responsibility now though because its been with Aust Post for 3 days, it is a public holiday tomorrow the 26th, we still haven't received our order.
You need to take your freight shipping times into account when delivering orders!
Perhaps you need to send these late orders being dispatched by Express Post? !
Now we have to rush our kids to get ready for school, without books and stationary that we paid for over 6 weeks ago!
No communication, zero customer service and no compensation for your inability to deliver a promise.
Last time I'm dealing with you guys. Check your emails, answer your phones, management step.up or move on.

Customer service is horrible! Campion has made the textbook selling a monopoly by taking over Ziggies. I had to come five times to collect books from a single order. They simply don't have the books they are selling! No option to explore different options. Overwhelming frustration!
Placed an online order, took 6 weeks to actually post it! Back to school time is the same every year so as a business you should be able to anticipate the grow in demand and hire new staff, extend opening hours, have stock available etc. I ended up placing a last minute order at office works the day before school went back and they had 90%of my order packed and ready by that night!
I’d give zero if I could.
This company is incompetent at ordering enough stock to fulfil the needs of the schools they are contracted to supply.
I’ve been trying to get a maths book since January which hasn’t been in stock.
They are only doing back orders, and not even ordering enough to have spare stock left over for in-person sales. So you may as well just order online from a separate company.
In-store sales is a pointless waste of time.
I went there to return a book because my kid did not use it. I did not wanted go there to return it in the first month after I bought it because the shop was very busy and the lines were so long.
I went there to return the book after another month and they refuse to give me a refund for the book, saying it has to be return within two weeks.
Despite the wrapping of the book still not removed from the text book.
At least I should have been give a voucher for that.

I order year 10 health physical edu book on 04/01/23 to now for 7 week, I don’t receive a book even I call 4 time and every time waiting half an hour more no one answered the phone. In my child school at office they got that book so I wanted to buy this but the school tell me you much to ask campion store at canningvale if they can return money for me and you can buy here otherwise I got to buy 2 book. I come in there to ask and wait half an hour and they say on the way coming. But now I don’t receive anything even email or msg to let me know the book delay or something. I very disappointed what the hell wich that store. Never order this again
The person on the answering machine is absolutely irritating and annoying. Staff can't be bothered to pick up the phone. Kept customer waiting on the phone for a long time. Campion should be ashamed of themselves using such person to be on the answering machine. Absolutely unprofessional.
Serivce is good, staff was helpful but waiting time was too hectic and after waiting 4 hours in que couldnt get all stock, again i had to go back and wait in 40min que to get my back orders. Rest all was good.

Closed early at 4 and supposed to close at 5: 30.the management is terrible as they closed the willeton one. Cannington is sooo busy they wont accept anymore customers.: (we will have to come back tomorrow to try all over again
Campion changed the system Ziggies had established for years by unnecessarily making customers wait for your orders instead of getting them your own. This created a long waiting list, extra work for staff, online system down, extra waiting time, whilst no public toilet around.
The way this place runs is awful since taking over. I expect a wait, of course, during 'back to school' times, but this is ridiculous. Communication is very poor. Staff are friendly, not their fault. Will be getting stationery elsewhere in future.
You have to stand in hot weather and long queue inside very very wrong distribution methods if they do same system next year no body will come here next year and it was way better last year I would of already gotten my things and be in the line to pay already. Your system is awful it was way better last year. Do better
The new system is not working too good. Some people are sitting there 2h+. It's hard especially when you have children with you.
Prefer the old way, go there and pick it yourself.and no I don't want to do click or collect or delivery.
I think you'll find that you will loose lots of your customers. People simply are going elsewhere.
It was bad experience when i came to this store. I waited for the long queue and waited again for my stuff. I cant browsing anything inside because it was only chairs and line inside. And there wasn't public toilet as well inside or nearby. For such a long wait, just sitting and no toilet, its so ridiculous.
Staff were helpful and friendly but the staff member that packed my items must have been so under pressure that he/she missed the quantity column. Even though the booklist only said one, I wanted two items and therefore paid for two however, I only received one. The wait in the queue was one hour and 45 minutes and waiting that long only to have my small order given to me incomplete was disappointing.
I rang the number on the receipt twice to inform of the mistake. The first call I was put on hold for 15 minutes, the second call I was put on hold for 10.
Item is missing last year's order and also this year's order. I have purchased from Ziggies two years and I am sure I will not purchase again. Purchase online order with Ziggies means you paid advance, but you will not get all your items. They will not refund to the item you are not going to receive, they just told you that missing item will not send to you, they will send to school. But when you ask school, of course they never receive it.
I purchased so many things for my two kids at the same time. I checked twice before I paid but there were few things I bought too many and I went for refunds but they didn't accept, even though the sealing was stay still and never opened or used them. So annoying. Really over-priced, almost double price compare others
It was brilliant, staff were so friendly and helpful. The number system was easy to follow from the school list. I would definitely recommend this place.
We order from them online and got everything that we needed and quick via post. The price was cheaper compare to elsewhere. Would definitely recommend using the online services for ordering school stuffs.
