As It Guy proactively making the decision to go and see a counsellor, it is difficult to say the least and I’m leaving this review as I can’t recommend Nez highly enough. The moment I got there I felt comfortable and found myself just letting it all out. She knows what she’s doing, please do yourself a favour book an appointment you won’t regret it.
In just two sessions, I was able to unpack my stuff, repack it and leave some stuff behind. Amazing simple yet so so affective

Nez is an incredibly kind, empathetic, open and honest therapist. I first started to see Nez in November 2022 because my sister had just died. I thought maybe she would be able to help me talk about what happened and move on. Little did I know she would be able to help me in so many other aspects of my life where I had unintentionally set up emotional roadblocks. Even during my very first session with Nez, she was able to help me start seeing these roadblocks so clearly and was able to give me the tools to start addressing them immediately. Some therapists make you feel bad about yourself but not Nez. She fills up your tank with love, kindness and confidence so you have the energy to make the needed changes. Highly recommend!
