Super expansive, and services are not matched to the price charged to customers.
Went for a normal hair cut of 20 minutes and was charged 66 Dollars.
No shampoo, and no cleanup after hair cut
No board was displayed at shop for the prices being charged
No breakdown provided for 66$ charged.
Though staff behaviour was polite and shop had nice ambience, but still I would not recommend this to anyone as charges are very high and no way near to services provided.

I had my hair styled at their dry bar for my work recognition night. Working in the beauty industry myself i needed it to look perfect! Not only were the ladies so so friendly, they communicated with me the whole time during the styling too make sure i was happy and to alter any aspect! Incredible service, stunning premises, will 100% be back to come get my hair looked after by these incredible ladies again!

Enjoyed a Zeds signature scrub and massage today with Kim, who was fabulous. Masssge was excellent and I felt refreshed and relaxed. Highly recommend.

Recently went to Zedz as a new customer. I would thoroughly recommend this salon for expertise, professionalism, care and presentation. My hair is difficult to cut, but Terrina, the owner, provided the perfect cut - a make over for me. I felt listened to by all staff and my colourist paid attention to detail and her techniques and skill left me with a very natural look. Thank you to all the staff for a great experience. Amazing service by the lovely ladies here. I was recommended by a friend. I went in wanting a complete change but had no idea how I wanted my restyle to go. The ladies were patient and made sure I was well informed about the different colours, cuts and maintenance required for whatever I was thinking. They even followed up a week or so later to make sure I was still satisfied with my end result. I will happily come here for my next cut even though it's not close to me! Not only do they do amazing hair but they also offer beauty services up stairs so you can come in for a real pamper day.

I love the ambient environment. Customer service is unique which is evident by the way Terrina sets a high standard of work ethic amongst her staff. They all work together as a team - always friendly, professional and look after their customers with great passion. I also like the fact that all services are under the same roof - beauty/day spa and hair.

Great mens cuts Pay a little more and get great attention to detail. For a sharp style gents you cant go wrong take care of yourself lads. As always I will be back!

Only been once but over priced and the hair dressing quality was poor. Nice venue and the staff are nice but I'm paying to have my haircut not to socialise.

I've been away from the area for a number of years and returned to Zedz as it was the salon I used to go to. I'm really happy to report that Margaret is one of the best beauticians I have come across. Very helpful, skilled and welcoming. I've kept going back to Zedz because of her and recommended friends to buy gift vouchers if they asked me. Good service. I'm happy.

Great hair salon. I have very difficult fine straight hair, and have consistently had great cuts, colours and styling. Fantastic service all round from being greeted, washing, massage chair, coffee, colouring and styling. Reasonably priced. Onsite parking a plus, & on main bus route. Would recommend to anyone.
