Zarraffa's Coffee Clarkson

This is the place to be right now if you want to have your coffee and bite to eat in a sauna like environment. It’s 35c outside and probably 5c hotter inside the cafe. No air conditioning at all. Hot, sticky and sweaty inside.

Coffee was nice. Open toasted sandwich was nice. Place is let down by below average service (when my coffee and food was ready was it really that hard to bring it to the table I was sitting at?) and the sweat box like atmosphere inside due to no air conditioning.

I found this franchise to be a scam, not their coffee is exceptional, it not even close to be called good and on the top of that it’s expensive, I was told I can join the the loyalty program for 7.5$. I had my last cup today not again.

Very disappointed with service. Gave me the wrong food and the coffee was cold. Maybe a lot less talking about what’s happening on the weekend and concentrating more on the coffee.

THE FOOD AND DRINKS ARE GREAT! L must say that the carmel slice is the best one yet! Tell me that recipe! The frapès are great too! I very much suggest that place for a break from a hot summer day in Australia!

I'd love to give a good score because the coffee is delicious but.
3 times now I have gone into the drive thru and ordered a simple ICED latte and received something completely different.

The girls need to stop chatting and laughing and actually pay attention when taking orders

Coffee is always made perfectly, and even though the drive thru is busy quite often, the staff are very efficient, and the wait isn't too long.

Female blonde Drive thru staff was rude and unprofessional. Coffee tasted disgusting and was thrown out immediately

Coffee is nice. They do seem to make mistakes quite often though. I always order soy milk but I've been given skim milk, cow's milk and cream on top on multiple occasions. I think maybe the staff just don't listen properly or they are really busy/stressed so they miss key words. But it's a bit scary for people who are allergic to cow's milk making these mistakes. Other than that, I enjoy their coffee (when I get the right milk lol).

This was 4 stars until the staff decided to give me dairy milk instead of oat like i asked for. Don't think some people realise how important it is to listen to a persons order. This hasn't happened to me anywhere in years, so pretty disappointed. Prior to this, the coffee was great.

Love the coffees! Love the Breakfast smoothie! And love my favourite Chicken Avocado Ciabatta. Can't fault this place.

Coffee is hit and miss some times, but the wait times are ridiculous! Only 4-5 cars in drive through and your going to be waiting almost 20 minutes.
I don’t understand how, the currambine one moves sooo much faster and their coffee is more consistent. Worth the extra travel down to currambine I think unless Clarkson make a change…

They do their best, it's nearly always busy so sometimes service is slow but it's drive through and you're in the luxury of your own car/radio. Soy coffee good temperature, tastes ok. Zed bread is delicious.

Been a local for years, always consistent coffee, friendly staff.their smashed avo's are epic, better than other zaffaffas

I own a small business so I take reviews seriously!

I’ve been coming to this location for over 1 year since moving to Clarkson and disappointing the service has been consistently incompetent. I know that sounds harsh but they get my order wrong consistently and today refused to remake my coffee hence prompting this review.

The staff are nice, no issue there, but 90% of the time they get my coffee order wrong and even after 1 year still don’t know my coffee order.

I worked in a coffee shop in the city, it’s really not that difficult to get double shot almond latte correct.

They either use the wrong milk or don’t add the extra or sometimes decide to add sugar. All over the shop!

Again, the people are nice but I’ll no longer be attending this location and instead driving to Curranbine because I’m over the awkward requests and wait times to have my coffee re-made.

One of the best coffees in Perth in my opinion, and definitely my favourite, but the drive-thru times are a killer. Suppose the best things in life are worth waiting for.just not when time is tight in the mornings when on a schedule.

I'm obviously missing something because for coffee *that* price, and for *that* length of time sitting in your car waiting, I was really expecting something. Above average.

My wife and I tried this once after someone recommended it to us and we became HOOKED. Absolute best coffee, our usual order of a vanilla latte and a caramelised fusion are always made to perfection.

I’ve never had any problems before and I’m a regular customer but thought I would try something different today and got the bagel. Big mistake, I can’t believe you would sell this? There was next to nothing in it and looks nothing like the picture.one tiny piece of bacon, come on…I paid $10 for mostly bread.also wondered if it was old because I couldn’t eat the top it was stale.

Bit expensive. $8 for a large. Its just coffee at the end of the day and there's plenty other coffee shops about.

Great iced coffee, great price, convenient mobile app, and amazing hours. Most coffee shops close at like 5: 30. Not this place.
