Zambrero Willetton

I was doing waiting for a delivery as a uber delivery and I had another food to be delivered. I was waiting for more then 20 min. One of the staff says one of the ingredients missing and they didn't tell me when I got there. That's not on. So i cancelled the delivery. You need to focus on your staff services.

Takes forever to make, drive through longer than in store, very expensive $11.70 for a small burrito serious? !

09/10/2023 Not sure what happened this week. Two times I went around 2000 hours and they weren't taking orders via drive thru. Had to keep going to the window. Seemed to be very disorganised.

Found meat in vegetarian burrito. I’m not going back there ever. Worst zambrero. Even in my previous experience, these guys gives wrong orders 6 out of ten.

Vast improvement over another Zambrero to the west! Clean tables inside, but it would be good if the outside tables received a wipe once in a while. Friendly staff who know what goes inside each burrito and they are well proportioned. Quick service as well.
Some staff have trouble with the meal deal. It is worth checking your bill.

Very poor drive through service even after repeating my order twice still got the wrong order and had to go back in

Great service and awesome food. Restaurant was a bit messy though. Lots of tables needed clearing when I came around 1. Overall good experience though

Has been some incorrect item in the past.

The last one was a big burrito that happened to have the meat missing.
Unsure of how one of the main ingredients gets missed.

This level of attention makes me wonder about the cleanliness!

Bought a burrito with double beans and black rice just before closing today Got the driest black rice probably leftover from all day, couldn’t chew it at all. Burrito wasn’t packed properly, no bag/no serviettes offered. Very poor customer service. Thankyou for bad service

After entering the drive-through, I was immediately met with poor service. The girl who took my order rushed through it and had to confirm it multiple times. Furthermore, I was not given my total at the pay window. Service was slow given that I had only ordered a small burrito, and it was quite obvious that she was too busy conversing with coworkers. The final product had been messily assembled to a very low standard. Will not be revisiting Zambrero Willetton.

Staff was very friendly and service was quick, server named Evander was very nice and did a good job with the food

Ordered as Drive-Thru yesterday and had a poor experience. The girl taking the order at the speakerbox was very pushy and rushing me. Didn't understand what I was trying to order to. Everything I said and asked for, she repeated 2 to 3 times.

All I wanted to order was two burritos and two drinks. Once I finished the second burrito order, she started to repeat my order (1x chicken burrito and 1x beef burrito) anyway.hadn't even got to ask for the two drinks. Once I said yes to the order being repeated, she told me to drive through.

When I get to the window she whacks the pay thing out and I say "I wasn't done back there I want two drinks to" and got met with "oh ok" and she laughed.

Ordered 1x chicken and 1x beef burrito. Only to realise once we are home that both were chicken. Despite the lady at the speaker box repeating the order back to me, and once at the window she asked again what two meats we wanted.

I mean the food was yummy, but the customer service is dreadfully painful.

Today at 950 i placed order of buritto it wasn’t properly prepared no sauce in that wasnt hot it was very cold very disappointed staff was in hurry of closing

This place does the best zambreros. Other ones don’t match up. The staff here are so lovely and have the best customer service skills. The ingredients are always fresh. Love it!

Burritoes were tasty and nice. Also gave me a very respectable quantity. Will definitely recommmend going here to anyone. I was also dazzled by the pulchritudinous customer service from the boy who served me. I think his name was Nathaniel. Tiffani was also helpful (but not really). Anyway I will definitely be coming back here again

Good quality burritos. The wife and kids came in for lunch. Great service from the young filipino man at the front.

Absolutely delicious and scrumptious burrito's were made for me at this god send of a food hub. Especially nice service from the young philipino man Nathaniel, what an absolute pleasure to meet this inspring youth! I loved the food here, would definitely come back for the assortment of different and delicious Mexican themed food!

Had the most scrumptious burrito served by a very good looking and respectful young fillipino man.i will definitely be come back

Quick service. Girl at the counter sneezed into my nachos unfortunately but Nathaniel sorted it out, thanks mate. Will be back again soon.
