Smallest burrito known to man. So disappointed.

Lovely food and service. Karawara/Waterford store has a gem called Paula.so helpful and pleasant to deal with every time I visit the store.

Food was fresh, salad, lamb delicious, chicken tasty. Vegan and GFree options.
Prompt polite workers.
Staff communicate well with each other and customers.

Ordered one veg and one chicken burrito, and believe me it was all messy, the burrito wrap was all cracked. And chicken burrito has been marked as vegetarian, even after confirming which one’s which, still got the incorrectly marked burrito, ended up eating chicken instead of veggie one (I’m a vegetarian)

Legends that work here, made a burrito for me from the items in storage cuz of halal preferences. Genuinely amazed. Thanks again Chelsea!

Came in and ordered a IQ bowl and my husband ordered a burrito, the girl who served us was friendly and helpful, always asked if she put enough of everything on and handled with care. The food was good and so tasty. I have been to a few Zambreros and this would have to be the best one.

First time trying Zambrero, the food maybe nice but the service lacks totally. The lady behind the counter was pretty rude. I would not be coming to this outlet anymore

Among all the other branches I've been to, this is the best so far! The place is always clean, burritos are always packed with ingredients and it's always hot

I have been to a long list of different Zambreros stores around Perth, it's basically my go to meal when I have no idea what to eat. But, my loyalty will forever be with Waterford Plaza Zambreros <3 Bronwyn is just amazzzing, she has such a wonderful positive energy and outlook, even while literally just rolling a burrito. She is literally the nicest lady I know, and her team are so lovely too! Quick (as well as way beyond exceptional) service, sometimes I come in during my break (I work across the road) and I have neverrrr had an issue with wait times, I'm consistently served quickly and with a smile:) ALSO by far the freshest n tastiest burritos I've had. Thank you all! Xox

This place is definitely not worth coming here the staff members are rude and treat you with 0 respect and also can’t even wrap a burrito properly and make excuses about why they can’t do anything right don’t waste your time and money here

Don't get me wrong, zambreros is my lunchtime go to. But the older lady who works here needs to tone it down a bit. I'm pushing 50 and am not your sweetie, hunnybun or love. Keep talk to a minimum while making someone's food as accidentally spat twice in my burrito. I will actively avoid Waterford until then.

We have been served with a smile by the lovely Bronwyn and her team. Will definitely come back. The boys loved their gf burritos and I loved my IQ bowl.

I have been to a few Zambreros and this one is my favourite. It is a great location - very convenient - and always had good service and very nice food. I highly recommend this one when you are in need of a Mexican food fix

The 2 waitress from tonight were awful with the Uber eats delivery guy. He was treated like a dog, the bag was thrown away. They are disrespectful and should be fired. This is no way to treat a human being. Please tell them to consider people rather than treating them as garbage.

Had a lovely experience with the older lady, she has absolutely amazing customer service and is all round excellent

I have tried in many different locations but this store is the best so far.i would recommend to try it here
