I am zambrero fan and usually i have good experience with zambrero tuart hill but today I have got burrito from here and couldn’t even finish half. The rice were uncooked and raw. This is the worst burrito I have ever had from Zambrero.

On God I’m pleased to have met Zambrero at tuithill. Been the best service and quality food

The last three times, I got wrong or missing order. Today I ordered two chicken bowls and nachos through Uber eats and I got just one bowl, which was not served as always. I called the store and she said she could make another one but wasn’t able to drop it off which wasn’t an option for us because we couldn’t pick it up. We had to order something else as we are a family of 3 people. The main point is that is not the first time. We have complained many times on Uber eats app and they keep making same mistakes. It used to be an amazing food and service but we have wasted our money lately.

I really liked this Zambrero. They actually changed my mind about the chain as a whole. The food was delicious and hit the spot, the servers were personable and chill - I loved it.

I ordered with DD and they were kind enough to call as a courtesy to tell me they were out of my drink instead of leaving it out of my order. I really appreciate that

I got a regular nacho with beef and toppings such as guacamole, sour cream, tomato and onions. It was finalized with garlic sauce. Perfect. It was amazing ️

Purchase power bowl today.
Filling was so bad. Lady doesn’t seems interested to working there.make power bowl in 2 min with 80% of lettuce no filling at all. Seems like I paid $16.40 for the lettuce.

I've ordered Zambrero Tuart Hill from UberEats twice recently. Tonight the food arrived within 10 minutes of placing my order and both times my order was made with such care:) I can tell the person on this shift puts a lot of effort into providing upstanding service, even to those ordering from afar. Really appreciate what you do:)

Order on Sunday 10th 10: 45am Uber eats. Ordered nachos with instructions saying no tomato or guacamole- and ended up with a nachos covered in tomato and no sour cream? Makes sense. Pretty annoying that a simple instruction can’t be followed and now has to be completely wasted due to an allergy to tomato.

I don't know how the people who work here are always so cheery and delightful.
It's good food, though it comes at a not unreasonable price.

Same problem as with many of the chain. $2 extra for guac and spread like butter. Tasy, just overpriced for the measly amount

Just went there to buy a burrito and as soon as I got to the counter the girl with big fake eyelashes and dark hair had an attitude. Blunt, rude replies even though I was being so polite, I don’t know what I did to her but she was a complete cow and I’ll never go back there. Disgusting service and I ordered a quesadilla but she didn’t want to make it and I was too scared to ask because she rolled her eyes at everything I said

I often order the vegetarian bowl and enjoy the balance of flavours. Especially like the little notes that come on the bag when ordering via Uber Eats. Thank you
