Zambrero Scarborough

Myself and a friend went this evening, and waited in a line out the door for food - and it was so worth it! Three young staff were on and they worked so well under the pressure of such a long line, we were super impressed! It was hot too so they did even better considering that.

Only thing I had problem with was as a vegetarian gloves that had touched meat (only slightly) touching my vego burrito! Picky, I know. Other than that, the staff were incredible and the food was delicious.

I ordered late on a Thursday. Obviously they were busy, and my order was delayed. They had my order ready past closing for my delivery guy. They gave my order to the delivery guy after they had closed. The staff are the best and the food is amazing. Five f’king stars.

Wonderful location and atmosphere. Truly enjoyed the friendly staff and fantastic food. Many options available. Great portions and love the burrito bowl with extra veggies and guacamole. Definitely recommend this Zambrero branch.

Hello. I used to love going to zambreros. It was my favourite place. Some may even say my happiness. But not anymore.
It sucks. You're not even worth my time and effort to send this review. All I have to say is that you, Zambreros are a waste of space on valuable real estate, just you.wait.

I love this place.everyone that works in there are so lovely. Also the place is very clean and the food is amazing!

I only have good things to say about this restaurant! I have been a loyal customer to Zamberos Scarborough for many years now and I must say the customer service and food never disappoints. I am a huge fan and would recommend to anyone!

Honestly so yum.good choices and good sizing.i’m gluten free and they were able to give me a gluten free wrap.girl who served us was so sweet.

Wasn't very busy when I went, but staff were friendly and made one god damn delicious burrito. Seating inside and out, plus the public seating at scarbs beach is not even 20m away, great place for a quick lunch in the area.

Really? 3 and a half slithers of jalapeños is considered a serve?

Maybe the other reviews about stinginess are correct.

Awful and uncomfortable to watch the owner stalk the young staff all around the restaurant to make sure they were not putting too much toppings on or that they were cleaning properly. The young girls looked scared of him but they made the best food so I dont get why he acted like this.

Zambrero Scarborough is our family favourite! We love coming down on Friday after work to grab a burrito, have a quick chat with the owner and then head down to the beach to enjoy the sunset. The food is always fresh, healthy and served with a smile:) We will keep coming back

Always a great burrito - big chains always only seem to get the bad reviewers but I’m happy to say that I’ve always enjoyed zambrero in scarbs.

Hi I just called re an uber eats order that is estimated to take more than an hour after being delayed twice and the girl on the phone was telling me to contact uber eats - uh what were they gonna do you’re the ones who were making my order and keep delaying it - after that she hung up on me.worst customer service i’ve ever experienced.never ordering from you guys again

I just had a really bad burrito, very very stingy with meat. Please guys just be generous. If you think your saving money your not because an unhappy customer means they wont come back so your losing money. Also, please wrap the burritos tight. Just had mine completely fall apart as i was eating it and turn into the biggest mess. Not a happy customer.

I Ordered a glutenfree triple t to have on a gf wrap as well as another gf power wrap. I am Coeliac. It was highlighted in my order however a wheat wrap was delivered. I phoned store and got no apology and told you couldn't prefer it as gf. I have had it at other stores!

Yasmin is an absolute legend! She even remembers Ben and my order when we come in for lunch on the weekends ️ Most delicious & healty food in Scarborough! Love it thanks!

Probably the stingiest zamberos there is.not sure if the owner tells the workers to only put minimal amount of product in, it really sucks for the scarborough residents this is the only zamberos available. So disappointed every.single.time i order on uber eats.please stop being so stingy with the beans, they cost next to nothing and vegetarians need some form of protein. I hope El Grotto doesnt stop doing take away.

Fantastic staff and amazing location. Beautiful beach just metres away and delicious but affordable food for all with and without special food requirements.

Zambreros is the place to go to get food if you want it to be cooked to perfection and perfectly seasoned - and healthy!

Drinks can be purchased behind the till and make a perfect contrast to the food. Can't come here enough.

I've taken points off because of the unfriendly service here. My burrito salad bowl was very nice but given that it was quite expensive (more than $15) I expect better service. I'm not usually picky, but both girls working the evening I went couldn't pluck up a smile for any customer and mumbled every question, rolling their eyes when we couldn't hear them (it wasn't just me, it was happening to the people behind me too). I'm not familiar with all the options as it was my first time visiting Zambrero and there were just too many choices to be made with unclear pricing (will I be charged more if I opt to have xyz?) and questions. It just seems to hard to go here again if I'm going to be honest.

Very disappointed how Zambrero is reducing the Nacho portions. This week I when to this zambrero see picture very bad. I Compared with a Nachos from Guzman y Gomes second picture and see the differences.
