The staff is very helpful!

The staff didn't even knew what they were charging me for and when i told them to.correct it she told me that i know i work here. If you really know you shouldn't be charging any extra for something that person didn't got. And there is a nice way to talk that you Lack. Your staff need to learn some Manners to provide customer service.
Worse customer service ever had at Zambero.

Okay so i got an uber order and it was a bowl. The driver was awesome and this bowl is awesome. Which ever worker made this is amazing. They presented it so nice with all the salads and sauce and beef so beautifully done. And it tasted super good.my one critic is that you guys sometimes undercook your black rice, yeh. Thanks

An elderly man with a disability asked to use the toilet and the staff was so rude about it because he wasn't a customer. Disgusting. It's a toilet. Get over yourselves.

They literally just told a struggling mother to go away after she asked if her 2 year old daughter could quickly use the toilet. "Sorry, paying customers only. Bye. " Wow, who does that? !? !

Got a burrito in store for my lunch, staff were very friendly and the shop all round had a great vibe. It was my first time to zambrero, the girl who served me was very helpful in explaining the process of ordering and very familiar with the menu. Really enjoyed my burrito and will def be going back for more

Very unprofessional staff. I was waited there almost 10 minutes to order my food. Then she start serving someone else I told her I was here first but she totally ignore me and told that I will serve this man first then you.
Came back without getting my food. Very devastating. Won’t go there back and I won’t let any of my community member to give them business.

Amazing! As a single mum, finding affordable, quick & delicious takeout can be challenging and feel like a chore, but dining here is far from it! Amazing vibes and staff, and the manager is so kind and inviting. This has quickly become our favourite place to dine in & buy take out! 5 stars just isn’t enough.

Went to this zambreros for the first time and it’s amazing best beef I’ve had from any of them aswell as the customer service is amazing think it was 2 lady’s by Chloe & Casey made me feel very welcomed will be going again highly recommend
