Zambrero Northbridge

The two guys that were operating the counter by themselves were so apologetic that their EFTPOS machine wasn’t working (i didn’t have any cash) and i got my meal for free even though i insisted on paying after they got the machine up and running minutes later, food was great as usual and overall great service!

Top service, very efficient! Pay these guys more!

It was late at night, you had 2 guys on, they were dealing with a big queue out the door and under eats orders. Served very fast with great service. Really quick workers, very efficient. Pay these guys more, credit to your company.

Actually their food are not very fresh as well.
If u wanna eat it and choose this Northbridge shop, i suggest u must think more~
And they really really slow for making any food.

I placed an order for Power bowl and got it delivered. There was no sign of Guacamole in it and it was too cold (which is ok), I called them last night and a lady answered and she hung up on me while I was talking. Top of all, I am calling that number couple of times but they are ignoring it and not returning to my voice message too. Food was for my daughter and she was so upset with it. What bothered me the most is their attitude towards customer. I wouldnt take their food even if its free.

Came in for a post fringe late night burrito. Guy with the tat sleeve went above and beyond and truly constructed a work of art from a tortilla. 10/10 would zam again.

Oredered for lunch theough Uber.

Unerdstand this was delivery but it was too disappointing.
1.rice inside was too cold even i understand the delivery time.
2.the vege was too old and gross to eat, especially the lettuce - most of them turned to black color
3. Request wasn't accepted - asked for the folk but not in the order - how can i have my lunch?
4.lid wasn't closed properly - needs to be closed with rubber band ir sticker whatever. How can i trust the food was safe and non-touched?

No worth to pay over $20 to order this.

Found a Sharp piece of yellow plastic in my burrito right when I did my first bite.wasn't nice. Ordered with Uber Eats. Took a picture of it.

Awful place, no specials, no deals, no direction. @16.40 hugely over priced served by a team of youngsters with no passion or interaction to recommend. Situated on the roughest street in Perth open until late dealing with the arse end of society. Why bother

Not sure why they are giving less food for the same price. This started about about 1 months ago. A new owner perhaps?

I asked to wash my hands, the saleswoman initially refused me access but by insisting a little she opened the door which had a padlock.
This bathroom, which overlooks the kitchen, is unsanitary and infested with cockroaches. I understand better why you refuse public access.
Hygiene services should be informed of what is going on. (I have pictures)

Tasty, healthy food, prepped from fresh ingredients and combined as you request. Many menu options. Staff struggle with questions about specific ingredients. Gets very busy late at night.

If i could give zambreros NB 0 i would. You are literally metres away from GUZZYS. Just commit, pay an extra $1-2 and get yourself a burrito ten-fold better than the stuff here. The fillings are literally just slop. That isn't the case at guzzys. Check yourself before you wreck yourself

Ordered uber eats, got delivered on the wrong street, mixed up the meats in the power burritos, meat was cold and its 41 degrees today, rap was stale, very dry - not enough sauce, paid extra for cheese and sour cream - didnt get it. Actually super disappointed as I love zambreros!
I usually get from leederville but uber eats wouldnt let us order through there for some reason. The northbridge one was also down, we had to put our order in 3 times after calling and checking the store was open the second time.

Called this venue to inquire about a taco bar. Could hear the staff saying 'this idiot wants to inquire about a taco bar. ' disappointed and humiliated.

Served by Harry. Perfect customer service, product and company knowledge was endless. Deserves a pay rise Food was amazing. 12/10

Utterly ill-mannered & discourteous staff, (with all due respect, the blond guy & the african lady) didn't even respond to our greetings, moreover they arrogantly ignored us & kept us waiting, it was an embarrasing experience. Never gonna visit Zambrero (NORTHBRIDGE) again.

I didnot expect this level of customer service from a top quality restaurant like Zambrero, I am sorry to say this but it was really disappointing.

Friendly staff, nice atmosphere and the food is well prepared. Delivery is a different story. Don't get your burrito delivered, every time I have in the past they've made it very small and often times with sauce on the outside of the burrito

Love Zambrero and go to the one in mt Lawley frequently, this one however was terrible. The staff were rude and dont do a second scoop of free guacamole for the vegan burrito. Won't ever go to Zambrero Northbridge again.
