I always ask for corn, cheese, onion and Chipotle. But every order, tomato always end up in my food.

Just went here to get two burrito bowls. Didn't even half fill the container, about 4 pieces of chicken in it. Waste of money.

I asked for a Buritto with no corn, even then she added corn, I said its okay just scrap it from top so she does not have to remake it and then scrapped of everything including cheese not adding the cheese on top. I also asked for a student discount they do and I am seeing on the screen that it got discounted by 5c.
Not a huge deal but when I asked for receipt she says that she only did the 10% discount on extra sauce.

My concern is if she already knew that why did she just go with it. She said later I cant do a refund and was working very half heartedly there.

Never go to this Zamberero again!

I came in at like 2pm today and the dude at the counter was so chill and friendly, I’d totally come again

The guy serving was very friendly and accommodating. The food section looked clean and very fresh and the restaurant was clean. The food was tasty, I enjoyed my meal.

Anwar and Roger were the most delightful pair. True customer service by Anwar, he should look into hostage negotiation. The food was made by Roger with love more than my mother gave me

I schedule an order for 8.45, about an hour and a half before collecting. I know sometimes staff might miss the schedule label, so i even wrote a note on the side saying ‘pick up at 8.45’. I got there 8.45 on the dot and the young lady at the register handed me my food and told me it might be cold. It was indeed cold and I didn’t mind too much, but the staff need to make sure they are checking when orders are scheduled. This means my food was sitting there for over an hour. I also ordered corn chips and didn’t get any:/

Ordered a Vege bowl (double beans & white rice) with no onions through drive through. Received a half full dish of an IQ bowl with plenty of onion, a small amount of refried beans and salsas. Beans and rice stone cold and onion tasted somewhat fermented like it had been sitting for a while. Pretty dissapointed overall. Would recommend tuart hill or Mirrabooka before this store. Haven’t had issues anywhere else.

Can’t make an order to save their life. Asked for no salads as I’m pregnant & got home full of lettuce. How hard is it to make a burrito.not the first time this has happened.

I've had good food and service from here for years but over the last 6 months or so I've had three burritos where the black rice hasn't been cooked properly (this is at least 50% of the time). This leads to a very crunchy and awful burrito.

Please cook your black rice properly!

Otherwise the service and food is good

The counter looked empty, messy and unwelcoming at 8: 30 pm…
Staff was more into chatting than serving customers and talked to me as if whispering.
Food tasted alright but not really fresh.would really prefer some other fast food restaurants in the future

I have never driven through here and been given the correct order, ever.
Every single time it’s wrong… how hard can it be?
Tonight, I requested no corn, no onion, extra jalapeños… I got a wrap full of corn and onion with no jalapeño in sight.
Honestly, I usually only walk in as that’s the only way the order will be correct, but I figured maybe 5th time lucky I can drive thru… nope. No faith restored. Just another disappointment.

Didn't give me the full order I paid for, it was missing items, special instructions were not followed and the food was basically inedible. Absolute waste of money, not a SINGLE item in the order was properly edible.

Edit: after speaking with the store manager and returning the level of customer service and product knowledge had increased, would go back.

Don't waste your time go elsewhere (mirabooka is great) the staff here seem to not have any customer service or knowledge on what they are doing.
It was the final straw today when I ordered nachos but received something that did not come close to nachos (all it contained was cornchips, meat and cheese).

Went in at 720pm on a Monday with no one else in store. The 2 girls behind the counter were busy making uber orders which was fine however they failed to acknowledge I was standing there. They finished making the order and then started making the next lot of orders. Meanwhile I'm the only customer standing in the store waiting for some sort of acknowledgement. After 10min of standing there while the glanced up between finishing different menu items I just walked out. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Edit to the owners reply: I was on the phone to my partner who was telling me what she wanted. I was making eye contact and verbally saying i was waiting to be served.

Just ordered an IQ Bowl, drink and Brownie but only received the IQ Bowl - the other two items were missing and I was unable to contact them on the phone, very poor.

Walked in here on a quiete Monday Arvo.

Was hit with a wall of heat inside. Clearly the aircon is either broken or off.

I mentioned it to the server and she didn't respond.

The server was really messy with the food prep. No care went into the food she was making for us. Just plonking the ingredients on the wrap.

I don't know if she was shy but she was talking so quietly that I had to keep asking her to repeat herself which was infuriating.

The toilets were bloody filthy.

I would not recommend eating here at all.

Food was fine and service was ok (little bit hard to communicate due to mask wearing at the time, but that's not their fault)

I ordered a burrito bowl without any meat then I find a piece of completely raw chicken in my burrito bowl.

Ordered a cauliflower filling in my burrito and what i got was chicken, as someone who hasn't eaten meat in years, not too impressed.
