Zambrero Mindarie

You get a good quantity of food for their relatively cheap prices. The staff are always friendly and whenever I come in, the store is very clean.

I love zambrero especially the mindarie store due to always having fresh food and good portions, this will always be my go to as they have very friendly staff and the burritos are wrapped very well, will definitely be ordering from here again.

The food is always good from this store and decent portion sizes. We swapped over to ordering from here instead of the Jindalee location because this store always tastes fresh, well filled burritos and consistent quality.

Ordered 3 dishes for delivery, one being cauliflower nachos for a vegetarian.
The nachos arrived with pulled pork all over them! Rang the store, female duty ‘supervisor’ stated that they have no ability to rectify the problem and that you claim the money back from Uber Eats (3-10 days) and the other person gets no food unless you order and pay again. The staff member was rude, unprofessional and unhelpful and just repeated a standard script, no apology or solution.

I love Zambrero in general, and this store is no different.

Great food and GLUTEN FREE options make it one of my favourites.

Very disappointed. Ordered burritos, got 1/2 the size we used to pay $12 for, for $16 and told that this is now the large size! Pathetic, sorry, not supporting you again!

I’ve been to a few different Zams in Perth and most are underwhelming - from rude staff to sloppily made food.

My experience today at the Mindarie store was amazing — so shoutout to the staff for a job well done. From checking the ingredients were right, confirming allergy requirements and just a bloody well made burrito bowl.

Five star service.

I wasn’t going to write about this, but since it happened twice in a week and you don’t really take your customers seriously….

On Tuesday I went in store about 5pm with my 4 and 6yo children, we decided to dine in. The music was pretty loud which isn’t really the problem, the music that was playing had lots of ‘F’ words and the theme of the song was about ‘sucking d*ck’. I asked the staff member if she could change the song to something more suitable as this isn’t appropriate for children, she advised me she and the other staff have no control over the play list…. I cannot believe this is the music your management is choosing. She eventually turned the music off whilst we were there.

Friday night 5pm I went in again with my kids, and again loud music full of F words. The guy ruined my burrito because I couldn’t hear him, and he couldn’t hear me over the music…. I did not ask for three full spoons of rice, my burrito was like 90% rice ‍️

This is not a family friendly place to dine.

Ordered food with family tonight (7.20pm on the 24th of feb) - our family is however really large, meaning an 8 item order. The team worked so so well getting it ready, communication between them was awesome. I just hope they know that their work is highly appreciated, thank you guys so much.

Way to much rice, little meat ladies where to busy talking to them self’s to notice I was there for 3 minutes.

Excellent service, lovely, fresh food and oustanding value for money considering the size of their burrito's.

My partner and I visited at 8: 40pm tonight.as soon as we walked in i smiled at the young girl working.she looked at me and looked away.my partner asked if they did kids bowls, she replied “no” so far, no facial expressions.we asked if we could get a bowl & split that bowl into 2, she stared at my partner for a good 20 seconds and didn’t say anything at all.he explained it a second time, all we got was a stare.not even a confused look, just a look as if to say “you’re idiots” i explained it for the third time.she stared at me for what felt like forever.she said to us “ you might as well get a small burrito” … i said “we don’t want a burrito so don’t worry we’ll just get a bowl”
NO facial expressions at all.made me and my partner feel so uncomfortable.she didn’t even ask what i wanted in the bowl, it’s a good job i worked at zambrero for 3 years otherwise i wouldn’t have a clue.we grabbed our food & left and we both said how horrible that was.i have never seen such disgusting customer service.being in retail i know how hard it is, i don’t know her story but this young girl was so rude.she definitely didn’t want to be there & neither did we!
i would appreciate talking to the manger.

I used to love going here. Then they got new staff. The portions are tiny. They gave me the wrong sauce. I pay extra for another serving of beans and they gave me barely any beans. One girl working there was extremely rude to me. Didn't say hi to me and spoke down to me with a sour face the entire time she served me. Won't ever go back.

I ordered a power bowl here and it was impressed with the exceptional customer service. The bowl itself was fresh, tasty and exceeded expectations. Highly recommend! Thank you to the friendly staff for the outstanding service.:)

Worst zambrero I’ve had. Staff clearly had no idea. We ordered a burrito and an iq bowl. Both had half a teaspoon of refried beans and half measures of everything else too. Bowl was less than half full and burrito was roughly the same size as a taco. Asked for the correct amount of filling and the girl looked at us like we were mad and ignored us. Salsas were scooped up and put on using her hands, again, tiny portion, also, use a scoop please. Not what I’m used to from zambrero at all. Took the food to the car to eat while we travelled home, both bowl and burrito were stone cold. Won’t be back. One star is generous.

Love Zambrero's (regular customer and over time there has been inconsistency at mindarie but mostly good) but tonight I got two IQ bowls, the serve was tiny, literally a teaspoon of beans, the small serve of lamb was made up of a third of 'meat juice' (fat) which had solidified once it got cooled down by the IQ salsa, not enjoyable.
So perplexed watching the guy make this feeble effort I didn't notice he forgot to put the guacamole in, awesome!
The girl making a bowl for uber eats, caught him up and her one looked like the usual serve you expect, I made a point to say look at the size difference side by side, she replied saying it had loads of extras, I'm guessing she was protecting her colleague/manager, the guy was a bit older!
I understand as a business you wanna bigger margins but I'll try jindalee next time, hope they don't own that one too.

Got zambreros delivered and there was a bitten off finger nail in my food. Tried to call and got no help from staff, still haven’t been contacted and issue was never resolved.

Had orders from here multiple times and have always been more than happy with the great food and service.would highly recommend

The customer service is excellent, didnt have to wait long at all. Friendly encounters with the staff and respected my dietary requirements.
