13Was very rushed while being served and did not allow time to even make choices. Was then rushed to pay while my food wasn’t even finished. Not even sure what I walked out with as I couldn’t even ask questions about the options: (
Went here for a pickup that was meant to be ready 10 mins earlier. After a short wait was completely ignored by a staff member 3ft away who went to serves someone who came in well after me. Asked why I was ignored and food wasn't ready somehow it was all my fault
Just had a lunch in zambrero Lakelands and really great service by kelly and really friendly staff and awesome place to dine in. Can’t wait to go again for my delicious lunch or dinner.
Disgusting & unprofessional service! Waited for more than 4 minutes and was not acknowledged for being in the store at all. She kept her head down looked up at me & my family and put her head back down to make a Uber order. No acknowledgment at all. I work in customer service and you're supposed to greet customers within 30 seconds regardless if you're making an order!
We got nothing at all, we got ignored. Won’t be going back to this store again. Disappointed as it’s a new store.
The other day we came in and we were greeted amazingly on arrival from a diffrent worker who was also making orders, she let us know “hello, won’t be a minute” she was awesome.

Customer service was brilliant. Young lady said hello as soon as we walked though the door. Chilled vibes and super polite. Nice place to stop for lunch on the way back to albany
Gave me a burrito instead of a bowl, and it had 2 hard bits of what seemed like plastic in it. It was just after 10am so not like they were busy.
Paid near $18 for a burrito with over a cup of rice and a teaspoon of beans, avo, and corn salsa. Paid for extra cheese and jalapeño and hardly any there! Tried to call the store a couple of times, no answer and mail box full! What a rip off. Don’t order takeaway, their staff obviously need to be instructed on the ratio required otherwise they’ll pile it up with what’s the cheapest for them, rice!

The staff were absolutely lovely and seemed to genuinely care about the customers. The store was nice and clean and the burrito I had was so fresh and delicious. Would definitely recommend this Zambreros over others.
Very nice store.good customer service.all ingredients were looks so fresh. They mentioned they make all salsa from scratch and meats are slow cooked. Guilt free food. I will be your regular.
