Visited this place a few days ago, awesome place to grab a bite to eat.they have a great variety of options to choose from and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Will definitely be coming back

Asked for a regular bowl & when I got home I saw they charged me for a large and gave me the wrong order which was someone’s else’s small…

Had such high hopes, but very disappointed!
Packed burrito, but just nothing special with the flavour, in fact the black rice was rank, the black beans hard and not fresh tasting and the beef tasteless.
Gutted honestly

I wanted to order some food but I changed my mind because the lady with the have makeup was very grumpy and not friendly communicating with the customers. I understand that maybe she had a bad day but that’s not an reason to be grumpy with the customers.

Was so rude and swore becuase they forgot to turn the headset off.
And we heard it all.

I've eaten here many times. Always great food but very pricey for what it - yet I go back again and again. I recommend ordering via drive thru as you seem to get your food a bit quicker. Nice staff who are always friendly.

Ordered on Uber eats at 7: 45pm open until 11pm then cancel the order at 8: 09pm… thanks for nothing. Won’t be back

Went into the store today firstly I was standing at the counter for a few minutes before anyone even realised I was there, I then ordered a classic burrito with gluten free tortilla and was not asked if it was an allergy and no care was taken. Secondly there was hardly any filling in my burrito, for the sour cream the back of the spoon was wiped on and that was it, the rest of the filling was sparse and only 3 slices of jalapeños

Barely any meat in the burrito. Unless you watch them they put only rice into the wrap. Outrageous

Food itself was tasty but I asked for extra meat and since the tub holding the meat was getting close to empty, the young front of house server couldn't be bothered to go to the back and grab more. I asked "is that extra? " Because it didn't look like extra and he just said "yeah, we're running out" with a smug look. I've worked in hospitality before so I guess I've got a standard of service. Didn't like the attitude and didn't like the size of the extra I received. I'll stick with GyG and Zambreros from now on I think.

Just went to grab 1 chicken burrito, 1 big chicken burrito and 1 nachos.
When I was back home after literally 5 minutes, I figured that everything was cold.
No different size for the burritos and for both of them: no chicken, no jalalapenos, no cheese, no coriander and onions.
I literally paid 45 collars for 1 cold nachos and 2 cold empty burritos!

Was in drive thru (Store was empty) and took about 5-10mins just to be asked to place my order after getting their attention first.

Had to read my order about 3 times.
The bloke taking the order and served me at the window could not look or sound less engaged or interested in doing his job he is paid to do and talked with such a quiet and monotone voice.

When i asked for cutlery and napkins got a scoff like ive asked him to go out of his busy day to do the most difficult task imaginable.

Won't be going back.

What a joke. What little food there was, was raw and inedible. The soft taco was basically a plain wrap. The burrito was stone cold- not great for chicken hey? $50 totally wasted. The “taco” is sitting on the bench. The burrito is about to go in the bin. Wish I could post pics.

Music so loud in the restaurant could barely make my order! Mentioned it to staff they seemed to not care

No doubt taste is good after hot chilli sauce but i ask to add cauliflower and they charge for it but when i start eating there was no cauliflower in it.

Have never had a bad experience here. Quick drive through even when busy inside. Always fill the burritos with plenty of filling.

Feel like the breakfast chikito would be nicer and more filling with the meat options from the lunch menu

I find Mexican menus a little boring and limited, but this is not necessarily Zambrero's fault, but with that in mind the service has always been good, and food tasty, even if I tend to only find one or two dishes I am interested in. If you like Mexican, I feel Zambreros represents the best of the fast food options.

Honestly, this particular restaurant restores my faith in humanity every time I go there. The staff are always nothing but super friendly & a pleasure to deal with. I’d probably still go if the food was average, but thankfully I haven’t been disappointed with it yet!
Massive shout out to the lovely guy at the drive through window on Thursday 23rd June who told me to have a beautiful day.

I just order two tacos and a burrito to eat and I received a mess in a box and a mess in aluminium. It was all falling apart the taco fillings were just smashed into the box and one soft taco shells was ripped through the middle. The burrito when it was being unwrapped was falling apart as I was unwrapping it with sauces and filling not wrapped into the burrito just pushing into the aluminium. There was very poorly chopped massive chunks of onion that were gritting to bite into and I ended up on a bench with my legs apart to let the filling fall not onto my clothes as I tried to bite into this mess.

Definetly not going back, horrible product wish I could get a refund.
