Idiots forgot my taco in my Uber eats order so ended up with not enough food to share with my partner

It would be best practice for Zambrero to be transparent in regards to charging customers a public holiday surcharge. No signage in store to state this until when you are paying for your order. Very sneaky!

It’s not often I write a review but I just have to for this place. The 2 girls that worked there at 11am 29/11/2023, are the nicest people I’ve ever met and the best costumer service. Lovely chat with them both, they are so polite and bubbly, I really appreciate when workers actually seem like they are happy at where they work, hope this keeps up ̈

I grab zamberos a lot after the gym or after work, but as this store doesn’t do the student discount (10% off), I’ve now started going to a different gym location as the zamberos close to that one does student discount. Otherwise classic burrito is great:)

This store is only the second I’ve aware of that doesn’t do student discount, only other one is Waterford, but understandable as that one is next to a university haha

This review is more regarding the staffing than the food. I have eaten at this Zambrero many times and generally I would say it is very good quality. I often get it via Uber Eats, I always use priority and am only about a 3 minute drive away. I followed it's arrival it was super quick and came sealed. This time the order was delayed on the app for 30 minutes before it was delivered. This is unusual an order takes about 5 minutes from here. I asked the driver if he was delayed and he said it was the shop. When it arrived, one bowl was half empty and looked eaten. Actually like someone had spooned the food and rice out. The bowl was half the weight it should be and my daughter flat out refused to eat it as she said someone else had eaten at it. I then drove to the store to ask if they would replace it. I was told no, it was an Uber problem not theirs. I asked all the questions I needed to to know that, they were not busy, that it wasn't sitting for ages, they were the delay, that bowl was either eaten at or at best totally slapped together with no regards to proportions. All I wanted was a bowl that didn't look like someone else had eaten it, it was refused and was told that is the bowl I ordered take it or leave it or pay for another. That if I want to complain call Uber. Even if it was Uber, don't you have a responsibility to make sure your food is edible? I run a business, this was not the owner, if I was the owner and this was my staff, I would want to know which is why I am writing this review. I tried to do the right thing, I was happy if they replaced the bowl which was refused.

Came hungry and Sam sorted us out! Thankyou for asking if we wanted guacamole and drinks because it's really hit the spot!

Came just before close and staff were accommodating. Generous portions and great service. No complaints.

Been in a few times since it’s opened and I can say it’s some of the best Zambreros and service I’ve had. The owner has done a great job with this place and the staff clearly like their jobs as they are always polite and have smiles on their faces, which I know can be hard to do when you work in hospitality. I highly recommend this zambreros and would give more than 5 stars if I could!

Really nice staff and a nice range of gf Mexican food. A lot more room than all the other Zambreros I've visited.

Since it opened this store has been my go to zambrero and the food and customer service has been amazing every visit!

I was lucky enough to receive one of the 1000 free burritos at the launch event! The store is clean, staff are enthusiastic and polite.my chicken burrito was fresh and tasty.perfectly filled and wrapped in a very efficient way.it’s like those basketball trick shots from dude perfect, the staff could have done it blindfolded and it would still be wrapped perfect.also, plenty of free parking.vibe checks out. I like this place.

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff on their products. Loved my burrito bowl and even more my experience there! Can’t wait to go back:)

There are so many pros to this store. Very friendly service, very clean, nice and new, good food, and great location only 2 minutes from me.i will go back
