Zambrero Hillarys

Ordered an uber Eats meal from this store. Came out all wrong, missing items, poorly prepared and the children's meal was filled with Jalapeno Peppers so my daughter was unable to consume the food.

Late review but this was my experience.
Placed an order online to be picked up ASAP. Order time kept being pushed back and never got a notification that it's ready for pickup.
I went into the store, which was empty at the time, and asked if my order was ready. They asked for the order details and said no it's not ready yet as they haven't seen it. So I waited, expecting my order to be made immediately. While waiting, at least 8 people came in for in-store orders and were served immediately. I asked again if my order would be ready soon, they said yes yes we will make it now. 4 more people were served in-store in that time. I called them up again to tell them to cancel my order through their system as I couldn't do it online, and then one of the staff members quickly made it and handed it to me.
What an uncomfortable experience. This whole process between placing my order online and actually receiving it took over an hour, a lot of that spent in store waiting when they weren't busy.
Just for 1 burrito.
No apology or customer service considerations at all.

Our family or friends 'go to' whenever we're after fresh, healthy options for a quick bite to eat.

The convenient location just by the grassy picnic areas, means we can watch the kids swim by day or see the sunset by dusk with delicious food.

The added bonus is the relatively enviro friendly packaging and minimal waste. There is also a 'plate for plate' campaign, feeding those in need when you feed your family or friends. Win. Win.

Long time Zambies lover and hereby officially giving up on it. Disappointment after disappointment for the exact same burrito order and tonight’s dinner from Hillary’s Zambrero put the icing on the cake, worst burrito ever. Stingy on the fillings except for lettuce, lack of flavor, never rolled or wrapped properly making it difficult to eat, always something missing from the order, charged extra for sauce and couldn’t even taste what we paid for. Not to mention, I left feeling as though I’d had my head bitten off by the female staff member after asking a very simple question.
Goodbye Zambreros.

Came here on a Sunday with my kids ordered two mini nachos one beef one vego they were the best ever
15 mins later came back in to order three large ones one beef two vegos.

Staff were super friendly but disappointment came when sitting down to tuck into my zam. My burrito was falling out the bottom due to how it was wrapped and not enough foil to cover the bottom of it.
Then as I was looking around, I could see a big hole in the ceiling, right to the outside!
Shame great spot and such nice staff

I've never seen a burrito made so quick and with such confidence! Those hands have made many a burrito indeed!

We went to hillarys zambreros. The staff seemed high and he didn’t listen me and my partner. We both asked for chicken n he put beef n we don’t eat beef n when we asked if he could change it n his response was “oh shit” and he just added chicken on top n said “on me guys, I’m sure you will like the taste of the beef” the food was cold and the sauce and the burrito overall was SO RUNNY and DRIPPING everywhere and it was cold even though it was lunch time. Never going there again

Last time going to any Zambaros restaurant around x4 months ago went to Midland out of crispy tacos for at least x3 months? We went to Hillary’s tonight same thing went to Coles bought a taco kit and made em better being a franchise u can only use preferred suppliers absolutely pathetic I’m a chef I can order boxes of x500 of these right now while u stay out for months really looking after ur customers? Don’t blame it on current situations just $ what a joke when these r a staple on ur menu Sayonara

Interesting how this review was never put on Menulog, here it goes anyway. I have never had a meal like this from Zambrero that was extremely disappointing! My husbands quesadilla was disgusting that he couldn’t even eat it and ours were both cold, so you could tell it had been sitting there well before a driver came. I know our order was late but 10: 45pm wouldn’t make you extremely busy. The time for delivery kept changing later and later, arriving 12: 20am. We believe they kept doing this so we would cancel. Pretty hard for us to go back now as we only like our meals from there in Hillarys, especially paying over $30 for gross food.

Really lovely staff and super fresh ingredients. The girl working the counter at around 6: 30pm today was so helpful and pleasant. I didn't catch her name but she helped us put together a little rice bowl for our toddler that he loved!

I've ordered from these guys 3 times via uber eats. None of my orders came as expected. My first order, they forgot my drink. Second order, my tortilla for my taco was stale and stiff, third order, they gave me the wrong drink and the wrong tacos. Maybe one day they'll get an order right, but from the looks of it that order wont be mine.

Great customer service from chloe, she was very polite and kind and the food was delicious. People like her make me want to return to the store reguarly. I highly reconmend Chloe and her great work/team.

About 6 years ago i decided to fully devote myself to the church of Keto after googling “how to get shredded” the day after a long night on the beers. After vigorous research i came upon this restaurant and its humble “Burrito” Made with your choice of filling, jasmine rice, pinto beans, freshly made salsas, cheese, sour cream and lettuce all wrapped in a fluffy 12 inch flour tortilla. After weighing up the pros and cons of ordering such a thing I bit the bullet and forked out 12 something dollars for this tinfoil cylinder. You might be wondering at this point how was it? Well if i told you this image is of me 6 years later with my little burrito (girlfriend) and her favourite burrito (with crushed corn chips) you can begin to imagine how much i love this restaurant. In this world you get car guys and you get sport guys and you get hobby guys, well, im a burrito guy and Zambreros has truly changed my life for the better. Recently Zambreros has brought out a line of luxury eyewear and i just HAD to buy a pair. Dont we look brilliant with our new eyewear! #zamswag I would recommend this restaurant to everyone and anyone. I would also like to give a huge thanks to the Zambreros Hillarys team for making such delicious food with the best hospitality this side of a 5 star hotel. #zamforlife

I'd avoid this place if I was you - particularly for delivery.

Missing meal from my order, delivery driver left the meal on the driveway rather than at the door and ringing the doorbell as I requested in the contactless delivery instructions. No phone call and the tracking said it was still on its way so I had no idea it was there. $70 of wasted food and then spend at an alternative restaurant to feed the family.

Complaint to MenuLog resulted in the offer of $10 off my next order - not enough to cover the missing item, never mind the rest of the waste and the delivery fee.

I'd honestly be happier if I was mugged in the street, at least that's a much more honest crime than these bandits commit.

Absolute disgrace.

The Hillary's restaurant is way too stingy on the meat component, you can't even tell there is meat in the burrito. I wish there was a Tex Mex at Hillary's!

This is my sons favourite place to eat

Ordered via Ubereats and wouldn't order here again. We tried to burritos, a softshell taco and small nachos. The burritos were not great. We couldn't even taste the sauce we ordered it with (garlic & chipotle). They fill it with heaps of rice and not much else. The softshell taco was the best of them. The nachos were alright. Considering what they charge as well, most other places are probably the better choice.

Best burritos! I personally wouldn't bother with the other Zambreros, Hillarys Zambreros is the best in service & quality. Never fails to deliver!
