Just went to zambrero for a burrito.

“We’ve got no beans or sour cream tonight”

1. A Mexican restaurant with no beans or sour cream? That’s your business!
2. You are in the same building as a coles supermarket. Go get some!
3. Offer an alternative like the bean IQ mix. And don’t charge for it if it’s replacing what you’re not providing.

Business 101.
Educate your young staff.

Got food poisoning because your food sits at room temperature all day and probably get it out again and again till is gone, absolutely disgusting will never come back

Not good. Online says open till 9, walk-in at 8.15, everything’s packed away, girls says they are still open but don’t look keen. Ask what we want but we can’t see the menu because the screen is not working. Girl behind counter says that ‘oh that’s a bit temperamental’ and she can tell us what’s on the menu but still doesn’t seem really interested. We just walked out. Felt like we were the biggest inconvenience. Not the first time we have gone to get food 1/2 hour before closing and received this attitude. Will not be giving my money to these people again and suggest considering other options.

Awesome food, efficient & friendly service. Pro tip, if you're getting a burrito, ask for corn chips to be sprinkled through at the end and ask for it to be "mixed through" so you're not getting layers of ingredients on their own with each bite

Best in the town. Try their pulled chicken with mash red kidney along with rice. Oh they are so fresh and easy on your diet. Must try for.

The reviews say the service here is terrible but I would say it is like any other large franchise with minimum wage workers.
But besides that, some teenager served me. Was courteous to ask if my dawdling boyfriend was gonna order after I started my burrito order which was kind.
She proceeded to PILE on the good stuff - meat, rice and generous smears of guac, beans and sour cream. Ended with a mammoth of a burrito with +$1 for guac.
Strangely enough, the burrito was well layered? I still had to take two bites to get my salad and meat and rice in a mouthful but I'm happy with the result.

5 star fast food experience.

New Zambreros is amazing. Always such a pleasure to see Tayla & her bright smile and positive attitude! Still tastes amazing & wouldn't change a thing about it.

Awesome new location in Northgate. Delicious burritos and friendly service. Will definitely return.

I spotted my desired meal outlet and entered the through two of the front doors.

I glided to the front counter and was greeted with only a scowl and a quick "what do you want"
Pulled aback from my good mood I ordered my nachos as politey as possible and added a bottle of water, which was answered by a "sigh" from the unamused teenager.

I left, feeling like a burden to society and though my hunger was satisfied I think I shan't go back unless completely sloshed on alcohol.

2 stars for the rudeness.
5 stars for the typical Mexican food diarrhoea.

The food was fresh, but I thought that the service was kind of slow. The service itself was really polite and pleasant but it was just slow. There wasn’t all but 3 people in the whole shop. I believe that they are moving from this location soon, so maybe that maybe a reason that the service was slow, a care factor? Not sure? Anyway, I would give them another crack again to see if they change or improve on the customer service speed. Thanks

Went in still a bit wet from the beach got a great feed and walked out leaving a trail of sand all over the floor.

Was served by a young red headed woman who spoke so rapid I couldn't understand her. Wanted a meal AND a fresh salad, ended up with 2 meals. Salads were warm, service was cold. Was asked if I wanted jalapenos, which I love, got 3 slices on each meal needs to learn to slow down the talk and listen to the customer. Definitely won't be going back to that store again.

The food that they serve is really excellent. It tastes really good and it is absolutely more then enough. The plate 4 plate donations are really wonderful. When we arrived there.already 176.172 plates had been donated. Keep it up!

It is also nice that there is enough parking space since you ll most likely visit this Zambrero by car.

Delicious food, great service and good purpose. My favourite Mexican restaurant in Geraldton. The food is healthy and really good. It also donates meals to people, so that’s even better.

It's zambreros so of course it's good. The staff are really nice too, especially the short red haired girl. Has to be one of the best zambreros around.

Visit here whenever I'm in town. Always fantastic, friendly service and the burritos are top notch! Definitely recommended

Great tasting burrito, even better customer service. The red headed attendant was very lovely and exemplified customer service and left me wanting to come back again gor sure. Keep up the good work
