3Super disappointing. Ordered two IQ vegetarian burrito, the server didn’t appear to know how to make it. Loaded it up with rice and very little other ingredients… even told us that the jalapeños and lime is extra (which is actually is included) basically just eating black rice with ice tea that’s $35 on a subpar meal I suggest the staff need further training and the ratings may reflect happier customers.
No sign of any staff and no bell to get their attention. Was promptly served at kfc instead
I went in for a burrito IQ
one of my favourites as the guacamole is part of the meal & price (more expensive than an og burrito in my eyes for this reason)
As i took a bite from my burrito there was no guacamole.there was no conversation in the process of making my food as to if I didn’t want it in my burrito or if they had none left etc so I am a little unsure and disappointed to have received my dinner missing a key ingredient
will get KFC next time.
