16Don’t get me wrong I love zambreros and the foods good… but that one short blonde chick with her fake lashes gave me the stinkiest face with an attitude like that I’m surprise she has a job… plus I asked for it toasted in the first place and it wasn’t and asked to toast it and she gave me attitude again and was talking about me to her coworker… like crack a smile surely it ain’t hard
Come here twice a week roughly. The quality and efficiency of the team is insane. Credit to all of them.
Such a ripoff I got the “power bowl” it’s more expensive and it comes with “extra filling” which honestly it doesn’t, also doesn’t come with sour cream and cheese so you have to pay for it. I do not recommend this place at all, go to the ground floor and you’ll find better places or even Guzman y Gomez it’s much better
First time trying and food is ok. Available combinations are limited and to get what I would like required adding on lots of extras. Service was not friendly and made to feel like a pauper for questioning the costs. I get it but you don't need to be demeaning. Too expensive for what was ultimately in the bowl. Last time going there
$2 extra for a teaspoon of guacamole, and don’t you dare ask for a little more for that $2 or else the girl with the red highlights will humiliate you in front of everyone. Rudest staff member I have ever experienced, unfortunately it looks like she works most days, so be warned: it’s hard to avoid her!
I love this place! Usually you have to wait for the cauliflower to be heated up in other Zambreros locations, but here the cauliflower was ready to go!
Awesome food other than that, and great fast service
Looking back some 6 years later, this was on of the best burritos I've ever had. The customer service was amazing. If I could ever manage to come back to Perth, this is the only place I would eat.
Honestly worst food ever. Way to expensive for this! Not fresh at all. The bowl I had was just a few letters with souce. One teaspoon of guacomole cost 2 $ extra. Rather go to guzman y gomez! Way better food for value
Reply to owner: Maybe instead of focusing on correcting spelling mistakes, you should focus on improving the quality of your ingredients, quantity of portions offered, and attitudes of your staff. Its really disappointing to see a chain like yours having a public relations team that doesn't even know how to offer a sincere apology but rather directs its time and effort in trying to humiliate the very customers that your business depends on! Shame
Love me a little Friday burrito, always tasty and the staff are always friendly and accomodating
Many choices from clean and well spaced out food hall vendors. Indoors on 1st floor with good view onto Hay Street Mall thru large windows. Tables regularly cleaned by staff with pleasant surroundings.
A tried and true location.
The staff go above and beyond at this particular Zambrero.
No complaints whatsover.
Disappointing experience. Went in to purchase my usual Chickito. The black rice was not cooked, impossible to eat most of it. Went back to the 2 staff, they tried the rice themselves and said “yes that’s normal, they are hard”. I eat black rice often, and when it’s cooked you can eat it. I couldn’t eat my burrito today. They didn’t offer anything. I won’t go back that’s for sure.
Always good fresh healthy food. Every purchase you make also helps the needy with free meals too.
So i'm waiting in line patiently, they didn't seem that busy but I thought I would just wait a bit and then they would serve me. People start lining up behind me and finally the girl behind the counter walks over, looks right through me and asks the person standing behind me what they would like to eat? ! Upon realizing that I was invisible I promptly left and went to get some sushi whereupon my physical appearance returned and I was served and acknowledged as being real.
Good food but poor hygiene. I sat at the table opposite watching multiple staff members pick at their faces with their gloves on then proceeded to serve customers
