Friendly staff and good serving size (ordered small and it was more than enough for lunch). Very clean eating area also.

Just ordered through the drive thru and got 2 small burritos. The whole thing was full of sauce! No salad and no meat just sauce and rice. Both were disgusting COULDNT finish them! Poor service too

The new management is doing a great job reviving this Zambreros store with their friendly attitude and fresh ingredients. If you were let down in the past, I recommend giving them another try because it’s waaay better now: D

This store did amazing at wrapping my burrito. I am from Zambia and am touched by the amount of love the white handsome man had to offer. I was having bad day and saw this man. He so gracely offered me a hand to help me with my autism and just made my day so great. While having a small chat with him, i learnt he is still in highschool and has the most gorgeous name "Felix". Please owners give this man a payrise to support his houour. Thank you for a great experience Felix!

First and last time I come to this Zambreros.
My partner and I get Zambreros almost daily. First time coming to this Zambreros and we were not acknowledged, while staff was walking by, 3 staff members, none of them said anything.
Once we got the food it was just rice and lettuce, no protein, barely anything else, my partner and I had to head somewhere else to buy more food.
The staff member was also rude, and not welcoming.
Ps. The manager was nice when I talked to them and they apologised, I appreciated that.

Caden the Store Manager was absolutely fantastic. Extremely helpful, patient and able to make last minute changes to the order. It is obvious he is a valuable addition to the Zambrero team.

To my son to Zambrero's for his first Time. Service was polite and chatty. The food was tasty and fresh. I had the burito and my son one soft and one hard taco. He loved it he even ate the tomatoes included! We ate in store all in all great lunch.

I've never had a bad experience in a Zambrero restaurant. The Coverdale one is always clean and the staff are very efficient, it's a great choice if you want a fresh lunch and you don't have time to wait too long.

Normally always go to this place and is always really good, but had to get Uber eats the other day as covid n it’s not good n even the last two times I have had Uber eats with it, never been good. N I was maybe expecting it to not to be nice n I was right but I was hoping I wasn’t going to be. This rice was solid I literally could tap on it. Not good please make better meals for uber eats, if I could have came up I would have but can’t. Makes me not wanna get it anymore

Used to go here a lot but since a few months ago it got way worse. New management possibly dont care about location and always understaffed. Feel sorry for the workers who put in effort for such bad management to screw them.

Been a regular at Cloverdale for a while but the quantity for my last 2 servings was wanting. The lady (ies) was (were) beyond stingy with her servings. Sad! After a long day from work! What a disappointment!

I don't know when the service changed, but my order is incorrect every single time now. I'm picky so I always get a very simple bowl with no salad - just lamb, rice, cheese and sour cream. The last 4 times I've gone (including today) I've had to repeat my order more than once and it still gets made incorrectly and needs to be remade. Maybe some training could be offered to these staff if they are new?

I ordered a gluten free burrito today as I am coeliac and unfortunately they did not give me the GF wrap as asked. I have now just vomited a few times. Usually you guys are really on to it.

Went here friday avrvo. Super slow service. My regular was compacted into a small and had the texture of a melted slushy left out in the sun. Staff moody. Every other day been great. Not today

Nice food and it was not slow like the staff apologised for.
Only issue I had is at the drive through I could hear myself talking back which I guess the person ordering couldnt hear me and didn't get my order correct.

I have been a long time customer of Belmont Cloverdale, and have averaged probably 2-3 burritos a week over a 2 year period. Everything has changed with the new staff they've got in over the past few months. The customer service is really poor, with longer wait times and no apologies. I am consistently being charged the wrong prices, being given the wrong order (last time i ordered a vegan burrito and got a pork one instead). The last handful of times i've been i've noticed that the wraps (which used to be rolled so nicely) now look like they are being squished instead of rolled, they are barely edible! I actually feel sick from the one i've just eaten, i think i had rice that had been sitting there all day.
Really disappointing, please managers get on top of customer service and quality control, otherwise i will stop coming back. Definitely some more retraining needed! I pick these up on my way home from work and don't have the time or energy to drive back to get these orders corrected. I'll just go to Vic Park next time.

Unfortunately I had to repeat the sauce I wanted 3 times. It still came out incorrect.
