Zambrero Bassendean

I got food poisoning yesterday that I bought burritos with chicken from 2 days ago. Never again.

Anyone else get a lamb burrito on Tuesday 7th of November 2023 and suffer the consequences or just me?

Also why is it $17.40 for a subpar burrito?

Excellent customer service from everyone but asian worker extremely rude and doesnt care about the customers especially the way she spoke to some.beside that foods decent.

Got a wrap- very disappointed. Usually they toast the wrap first then add filling. Not this time. The wrap was made then, when I asked about it being toasted, the serving girl said it had been toasted. I thought I might not have seen her but my friend was watching the whole time and said it wasn't toasted at all. Lying to Customers is very unprofesional. Then, to make it worse the girl said 'We toast them at the end and under the toaster it went, salad and all, wrapped in alfoil. You shouldn't toast salad. The alfoil was toasted into the wrap and I had to pick pieces of alfoil out of the wrap to avoid it getting stuck in my teeth. My friend didn't fare much better. The same serving girl made him Nachos without microwaving the meat first. The meat was stone cold. He got a refund. I ate mine and felt very sick this morning. Definately wont be going back to that Zambreros store anytime. Really disappointing.

Preordered food, arrived 40 minutes after the given pick up time and food was not ready - the teenagers that served me were laughing and very unprofessional, when they were standing around doing nothing but chatting as we walked in.they then pack the order and do it wrong, have been to this shop a few times and never been a good experience by the workers.need to be more professional and have more care for their job.

Staff did not pay attention to me, I had to stop mid order so they could do something then come back to me with no apology. Then seemed to be very pathetic small servings of salads than normal.

Staff had rude music playing that was not suitable for the young children all around. Seemed like they couldn’t care less about customers

Young staff @ the counter. It took us probably half an hour to do 3 classic bowl. It would have been faster if I cook it myself @ home. Please have at least one staff with some experience.

Wow I have rarely been so disappointed. The quesadillas and burritos are bland, with no cheese that I could spot even when ordering extra cheese, it's just very soft flat bread around some tasteless goo and undercooked rice. Tried to spot the chicken and the beef, it's less than 5% of the overall filling, and it's a watery puree.calling this Mexican food is blatantly insulting a whole culture, and let's not talk about the ridiculous price.

I will never get anywhere close to Zambrero again.

What a great addition to the Bassendean shops. We got the shredded beef nachos and chicken quesadilla. Both were very tasty. The service was great, the staff were very efficient, enthusiastic and helpful in explaining the menu. I will be returning. Thank you to the staff, Molly and Maddison for the service with a smile.
