Zaika Indian Restaurant reviews
53Great service, awesome flavours, good portion size and reasonably priced. Thank you for a pleasant evening out to celebrate our 27th wedding anniversary.
Amazing, tasty food, generous portions and friendly service. So glad to have found our new local Indian Restaurant.
Worst experience with the store!
It was my first order with uber eats from this store. I had to wait for app 45 min which was projected in app but after this they canceled my order on their own with a reason that they tried calling me and waited for 10 min but I didn’t come out.
Would not recommend
Sleeping hungry this night
Thankyou soo much for your amazing service!
Had a really lovely meal and time, staff was very friendly and pro active, food was a stand out, we ordered the garlic naan, beef briyani, lamb korma, saffron rice and butter chicken, was way too much food for 2. Reasonably priced and also byo, which makes it a very affordable night out.
Ordered butter chicken as takeaway. Worst taste ever. It tasted as pure sugar chicken. The colour of the curry was almost dark brown, seemed like average chicken curry was tossed in sugar. Naan was another disaster.
Excellent Indian. The staff is exceptionally kind and accommodating with a great sense of humour and professional attitude. The food portions might not be the biggest but the quality is absolutely among the best in Perth for the price. Recommended.
Use to be good for dine in. Went there last nite cold no heating on dark not good lighting, Not good Atmosphere, many people waiting for take away.
SO my wife and i left before ordering. To busy with uber eats and take aways.
Please get your act together for dine in.
Tried Zaika after a friend's recommendation. It was delicious! The beef vindaloo was very good but the Zaika special chicken was a standout, don't think I'll ever be able to go there without getting it! And really affordable. 2 mains, rice, starter, poppadoms and nan with enough for lunch only $60
Ordered vindaloo naan bread and saffron rice waited over an hour. Then rang to find out where my order was and it was still at the shop. Was delivered half hour after that and the vindaloo and naan bread were both cold had to reheat everything only live 15 mins from the store. Never again
Extremely disappointed. Malabar fish curry- doesn’t have any taste of fish curry just tomato purée. Nan - fully burnt (i should bring back to ur shop) can’t eat just put in rubbish bin. Biriyani- garnished with too much mind. Overall wasted amount
Fab little place that we've enjoyed over the years. Consistently good curries and divine naan breads. Nothing flash here, just good tasting food. Sometimes you just need a little comfort food. ️
In my 6 years in Australia, for the first time I had a tasty lamb biryani at an Indian restaurant.
Feels like
Amazing food! Service was superb by the lovely Meeka! Tastefully modern and delightful decor. Prices very reasonable. Couldn't fault it and we will be back! Thank you Zaika for a lovely evening! You made our 89 year old mothers birthday very special.
Always authentic Indian cuisine, cooked professionally and of highest quality, generous size servings, friendly staff, I have dined in & had take away on numerous occasions at this store and I have always been satisfied. All good! Highly recommended.
Great hospitality staff, great service and yummy food definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a peaceful dinner.
Bought chicken tandoori from them and wasnt cook properly and no salt as well.
One of the lady is rude and if you tell her something have to repeat million of times.
Great food, very delicious. We're from South Africa so we love Indian curries. Maybe add Sambles as a side dish (chopped tomato, onion, lettuce etc.) as per South African style. Rice was perfect, curry was perfectly cooked. Our 2nd time here and will be back again.
Thank you very much.
The greatest indian takeaway my partner and myself have had. Huge servings that are full of meat and delicious sauce. Will definitely return and make this our go-to indian
Excellent Indian food run by great people. I ordered the Special Chicken Dhaba curry and it was amazing. The richness of the gravy and the spices were great, loved the coriander and mint and depth of flavour. The butter chicken was very rich and had a nice nuttiness. Naan was cooked great and had a great springy texture and flavour. Stoked that these guys are in Midland. Well done.
The food here is incredible. 5/5. I will continue going back …. However, often the service is 1/5 and it’s really disappointing. It seems like some of their staff aren’t trained. The decor is also 1/5. Just needs a fresh coat of paint and maybe less rotting wall paper and leaky air conditioners dripping water on people. Could easily be the best Indian restaurant in the area with a few minor tweaks. Again…food? Amazing
