Have had great experiences with both Nurse Hazel and Nurse Grace. I felt very informed prior to beginning any procedures, and throughout the process I was made to feel at ease. The clinic itself is beautiful and has a very calming atmosphere. Highly recommend.

I wouldn't go anywhere else for cosmetic procedures. The level of care and professionalism is like no other clinic I have been to. The clinic nurses are so highly experienced and talented. The reception staff are so attentive and make you feel totally care of! I always come out feeling totally energised, fresh and like a new woman!

My experience at YouthLab was better than I could have hoped for. Dr Kate was so diligent and through and I felt comfortable the entire time. So glad I’ve found such an amazing clinic. I couldn’t recommend the clinic enough.

Lovely experience going to Youth Lab
Greeted with a tea or water to sit with in the beautiful surroundings. Lots of time to go over what to expect during, and after procedure. My first time having lip filler so was a little nervous, very happy how natural the results are.

I decided to book in for a course of Healite II LED sessions at Youth Lab Joondalup. I was looking for a minimally invasive treatment that would improve collagen production and refresh my skin.

I met with Megan my therapist and we went through the information I’d provided to the clinic prior to my first treatment as to what I was hoping to achieve, my current skincare regime and skin concerns. Megan was lovely, she explained the Healite process and what I realistically could expect to achieve from the treatment.

There was no discomfort during the treatment and no downtime afterwards. Following each treatment my skin had a definite glow, and after a number of sessions I noticed an improvement in the tone and texture especially on areas of redness that I’d had previously on my cheeks and nose.

The clinic is not at all pretentious, nor is there any ‘hard sell’ of other treatments or a push for clients to buy skincare products if they don’t want to. Adrianna on reception is very welcoming and professional.

My first experience with Dr Kate and the Youth Lab team was fabulous.
I felt extremely understood with my desired results, and well cared for during and after treatment.
The professional manner of the whole team made the experience very pleasant and I look forward to being back in the hands of Dr Kate in the not so distant future.

First visit to YL Joondalup today. I had a lovely experience. I was a little anxious as I have never been for treatments before, however the receptionist was so lovely and welcoming, the place was stunning and so calm. My treatment was done by Morgan who was super lovely, professional and informative. Walked out feeling refreshed and relaxed. Will definitely be back.

I visited RN Ellie for my first ever cosmetic appointment, she made me feel so comfortable and results were better than I was expecting. I wouldn't trust anyone else!

Highly recommend Youth Lab Joondalup! Clinic is lovely and clean and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I've been there a few times now and wouldn't go anywhere else for my face and skin treatments.

My first visit there for a consultation only was so uplifting. From the moment I walked in to a very lush classy reception area, you were made to feel very welcomed, relaxed and that they care. Ashley and Nadia I cannot praise enough. Nadia’s knowledge and the way she explained everything so simply and thoroughly really put my fears at rest. Very honest and caring. Have not been happy with other places I have visited, would be no trouble recommending Youth Lab. Even chatting with Ashley after my initial consultation she also had information which I found very beneficial. Looking forward to further appointments I will be having.

Amazing experience each time I go to the Joondalup clinic always feel welcomed and comfortable from the beautiful staff. I have just had my first treatment of BBL with Savannah who is amazing at what she does and explains everything thoroughly. I always leave there feeling satisfied and can’t wait to see how my skin goes after these treatments.

I had the best experience at Youth Lab.

After going to another cosmetic clinic and having one of the worst experiences I was initially weary about my visit.
However, when I arrived I was greeted by the most welcoming front desk team. Then when talking with nurse Nadia about the treatments I immediately felt I was in safe hands. She has an immense amount of knowledge and explained everything in the perfect way. I felt really looked after by everyone at Youth Labs.

Over all they are such a welcoming and professional clinic. Cannot rave about them enough!
