Dogs sold me a car with failed struts, worn out wipers which ended up scratching my front and rear windows and led lightbulbs (illegal to drive with in public roads)

What a idiot sales manager. Rude, inpatient etc.totally nonsense. Will not come back to this place if the manager still there. The sales person and the people pick up the phone is warm welcome and responsible. When we still considering sales manager offer, he just literally walked in and says the car was just sold. We are here first and sold to someone with higher price. No apologies and don’t know how to communicate. Beside the sales manager, everything else was nice. One extra star for else person.

Bought a car from youngswa about 2 years ago and still till this day is it the best car that I’ve ever gotten. The customer service was awesome and the sales reps walked me through every step with no push. It was my first time financing a car so my understanding was little about it all and they helped and guided me every step of the way and I can’t appreciate that enough. They were awesome, the car 2 years later still runs perfectly. Can’t recommend them enough. For my next car later in the future I will definetly be back

Fast drop off and pick up. The car was ready earlier than it was supposed to be and it came back nice and clean. Priya was super friendly too. Thanks!

Perfect 10/10 - Purchased the vehicle remotely, they assisted with getting our preferred mobile mechanic to inspect for piece of mind, and did not try to escape this by saying 'our mechanics already checked it' like most other yards did. Paperwork was ready to go upon arrival (Sat morning). The car was immaculate as described, customer service was perfection. Even had a big bow tie on it. Thanks Chloe, will be back for more.

Despite all the talk of being pre inspected before sale the car has proven to be dodgy, the torque converter died just out of warranty and the electric winders have failed.

Update: I received a very helpful call from the service manager Dim.yesterday evening and they have offered to solve some of the issues with the Colorado. However, I lived in the country, and driving six hours for a service is not really an option.

Further Update: I dropped the car in as agreed and they fixed everything they said they would no questions asked. This really was above and beyond and Dim the Service manager is a star in my view. I was far too quick to be cynical, but I am a prisoner of experience as is everyone and have been thrown under the bus on more than one occasion. Nevertheless, my views have been upended by the positive and super helpful response by Youngs staff. They really do try to please. Would recommend and more than prepared to go back next time I need a car. Michael

We had exceptional service from Phil who we dealt with from the start & answered all our questions, as we purchased the car online from South Africa.
Phil even made sure our baby car seat was delivered in time & he fetched us from the airport on arrival. When we ran into an issue with the 2nd half of our payment not reflecting yet, Steven gave us a car to drive in the meantime, so we weren't stuck without wheels!
