I needed therapy for my tightness in shoulders and neck, after some time of inactivity. The combination of tension tonic and steam therapy was a deep, gentle, with many pleasant extra touches like hot stones, hot tea, lovely environment.

Yogaveda is a wonderful yoga and wellness centre. After trying many yoga centres around Fremantle, yogaveda was the best for me with a beautiful large studio, easy free parking and fantastic teachers.
Also the Ayurvedic treatments are amazing, deeply relaxing and nurturing.

This is the best yoga I have ever done. The care which instructors take with the way you move is extremely comforting. But that comes from the many years of experience. It’s like a weekly medicine for my body, can’t live without it. Would recommend Yogaveda to everyone.

Ayurvedic treatments are best experienced as a full series. Mine included Snehana, Bashpa, Kati Basti and Shirodhara. Deeply settling for the mind and rejuvenating for the body. The location is well situated to transport, the class schedule is varied to fit into my life, the staff are all very friendly and helpful, plus the space is beautifully laid out and nice to spend time in.

I had never heard of Ayurveda before I came in contact with Yogaveda Wellness Centre - and how I wish I was the only one!
The Ayurvedic Consultations and Treatments that Nikki and Leah are offering are women’s health focussed and very beneficial for, amongst many others, women that have fertility problems and endometriosis - which I know several of my friends are suffering from.

Most recently, I went to see Leah for two Ayurvedic Treatments (Snehana and Bashpaswedana) because I have felt a bit cold and tired lately. The massage with warm oils was very relaxing for both the brain and body and the steambox is amazing - I could stay in there for hours! I left feeling happy and re-energised both emotionally and physically.

Nikki and Leah have +20 years experience each and are very down-to-earth, humble and warm people. They are very knowledgeable, professional and genuinely cares about you and your health.
