I started with Yoga with Sang about 3 or so years ago. Had little idea what I was doing but wanted to try. I'm so glad I did! She caters for all levels, go at your own pace, relaxed, easy going and very comfortable. Ask anything you want.
If you have ever wondered I would recommend just giving it a shot. Never regretted and it and haven't looked back
