11Yoga Flourish is truly an incredible place to practice your Yoga and find your genuine self. Every single person, both staff and fellow students have all been simply beautiful people to connect with.
Booking a class was a bit of a pain but the teacher was wonderful, she catered for all levels. The space did lack tranquilly but we will definitely be back. Look forward to seeing the new space.
Thank you to all the wonderful instructors at Yoga Flourish over the years who have enhanced my practice. Time, effort, care and considerable thought goes into the structure each of the different classes on offer. Whether you are new to yoga or have some experience, you will always come away from class feeling grounded and inspired.
I have found the teachers very professional giving many move options for those of us that are limited. The studio is peaceful and a lovely space to be in. I really enjoy all the various classes at Yoga Flourish as well as the workshops which touch on wellness as well. The class prices are good, and there are a variety of classes for everyone, for the young and the young at heart. I love being part of the community at Yoga Flourish.

The studio and instructors invite a genuine, warm and welcoming space that makes you feel so much better after every class. Various options for the level you're feeling that day and never any judgement. Such a wonderful way to reset yourself, let alone know full well you'll have the best night sleep after!
